【摘要】：在當(dāng)前建筑領(lǐng)域,建筑設(shè)計(jì)是建筑項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),影響項(xiàng)目投資的關(guān)鍵階段是設(shè)計(jì)階段,只有很好地完成設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)管理,才能真正地發(fā)揮項(xiàng)目的效益。國內(nèi)多數(shù)工程設(shè)計(jì)階段的問題在于未能及時(shí)對設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格把關(guān),造成施工過程中出現(xiàn)種種問題,再糾正錯(cuò)誤已經(jīng)為時(shí)已晚或需付出高昂代價(jià)。為解決這個(gè)問題,只有把設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理應(yīng)用到工程管理中來,通過有效的設(shè)計(jì)策劃組織“一組將輸入轉(zhuǎn)化為輸出的相互影響的活動(dòng)”,結(jié)合事前、事中、事后控制,將活動(dòng)和資源分成具體環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行科學(xué)管理以實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期結(jié)果。在目前查閱到的國內(nèi)外書籍中,對建筑工程設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量過程管理與控制進(jìn)行專題探討的內(nèi)容普遍不多,但本項(xiàng)工作的重要性不言而喻,在今后的工作和研究中將繼續(xù)深入,不斷擴(kuò)充。本文旨在對A項(xiàng)目的工程設(shè)計(jì)中,通過質(zhì)量管理和過程控制的研究,從質(zhì)量計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量保證、質(zhì)量控制等方面,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的工具和方法,探討當(dāng)前國內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)對質(zhì)量把關(guān)的具體情況和問題分析,通過借鑒國內(nèi)外同行的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),研究解決對策和工作建議,運(yùn)用ISO9000標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以質(zhì)量體系作為指引和參考,對建筑設(shè)計(jì)的全過程進(jìn)行監(jiān)督管理,對各分項(xiàng)目和各環(huán)節(jié)的質(zhì)量保證和質(zhì)量控制過程進(jìn)行分析,制定質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo)策劃及設(shè)計(jì)過程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控過程,把質(zhì)量管理始終貫穿于設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)備、方案設(shè)計(jì)、初步設(shè)計(jì)、施工圖設(shè)計(jì)和設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施等環(huán)節(jié)中,并依據(jù)本人實(shí)踐工作中的案例進(jìn)行分析,探討質(zhì)量管理各要素在項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)過程中起到的作用和影響,系統(tǒng)研究建筑設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理過程中的質(zhì)量管理方法。
[Abstract]:In the current architectural field, architectural design is the key link in the implementation of construction projects, and the key stage affecting project investment is the design phase. Only when the design quality management is well completed, can the benefit of the project be truly brought into play. The problem in most domestic engineering design stages lies in the failure to strictly check the design quality in time, resulting in various problems in the construction process, and it is already too late to correct the mistakes or have to pay a high price. In order to solve this problem, we must apply design quality management to project management, organize "a group of interactive activities that convert input to output" through effective design planning, and combine with prior, in-process, and post-event control. Divide activities and resources into specific areas and manage them scientifically to achieve the desired results. In the books at home and abroad, there is not much to discuss the process management and control of the quality of architectural engineering design, but the importance of this work is self-evident, and will continue to be in-depth in the future work and research. Keep expanding. The purpose of this paper is to apply the tools and methods of project management in the engineering design of project A from the aspects of quality planning, quality assurance and quality control through the research of quality management and process control. This paper probes into the concrete situation and problem analysis of quality control in domestic design enterprises at present, through drawing lessons from the advanced experience of domestic and foreign counterparts, studying and solving countermeasures and working suggestions, and using ISO9000 standard as the guide and reference to the quality system. Supervision and management of the whole process of architectural design, analysis of quality assurance and quality control process of each sub-project and each link, formulation of quality management target planning and quality monitoring process of design process, Quality management will always run through the design preparation, scheme design, preliminary design, construction drawing design and design implementation and other links, and according to my practical work case analysis, This paper probes into the function and influence of various elements of quality management in the process of project design, and systematically studies the methods of quality management in the course of project management of architectural design.
