【摘要】：我國目前推動經濟社會發(fā)展的主要能源是以石油、煤炭及天然氣為主,但隨著礦物燃料的大量使用,我國社會的發(fā)展環(huán)境受到了極大的危害。因此,如何提高能源的利用率,使用清潔及可再生的能源來代替礦物燃料,實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)性發(fā)展已經成為我國經濟社會發(fā)展的必然趨勢。風能作為一種廉價、清潔的可再生能源,替代了傳統(tǒng)能源的使用,風能在世界能源結構中占有越來越大的比重,各國都大力度投入風力發(fā)電項目以減輕環(huán)境壓力,我國也大力開展了風能建設,尤其是利用風能發(fā)電替代其他能源的使用。本文在這個背景下,運用項目管理理論和標準化管理理論,對大唐向陽風電場建設項目中的標準化管理問題進行研究,具體研究內容如下:第一章首先介紹了研究背景和研究意義。隨著我國經濟發(fā)展的不斷深入,礦物燃料作為基礎能源的使用產生了嚴重的環(huán)境污染,極大地危害了我們人類賴以生存的自然和生活環(huán)境。因此,風電可再生新能源成為未來能源發(fā)展的主流方向,風電場建設具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義和必要性。其次介紹了本文的研究方法和研究思路。最后總結了國內外關于標準化和參考文獻,并梳理了標準化理論基礎,分析了標準化的理論定義、內涵及基本原理、特征等要素。第二章為向陽風電場建設項目概況及標準化管理現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。首先是企業(yè)及大唐向陽風電場項目的基本情況,介紹了風電場工程和其他工程的不同的特點,如設備的復雜性、管理的廣泛性、生產的協(xié)調性等。其次,從項目的規(guī)范化、執(zhí)行力和流程涉及的三要素等方面對項目建設過程中存在的問題進行了深入分析和判斷。第三章為向陽風電場建設工程項目標準化管理問題的原因分析。本章運用項目質量管理和標準化相關知識和理論,對項目的設計、執(zhí)行、檢查、總結的不同階段,借助人、機、料、法、環(huán)等工具對項目標準化管理存在的問題進行了原因分析。第四章為向陽風電場建設工程項目標準化管理改進方案及實施。本章在上章原因分析的基礎上,結合現(xiàn)有大唐向陽風電有限公司工程建設項目的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),提出了建立向陽風電場建設項目標準化管理體系、項目安全標準化管理、項目質量標準化管理、采購、技術與進度管理等的實施方案。最后是結論。在上述研究的基礎上,本文提出了未來風電建設項目標準化管理的相關建議,為國內在建的風電工程項目標準化管理提供一定的幫助。
[Abstract]:The main energy to promote economic and social development in our country is oil, coal and natural gas, but with the heavy use of fossil fuels, the environment of the development of our society has been greatly endangered. Therefore, how to improve the utilization of energy and use clean and renewable energy instead of fossil fuels to achieve sustainable development has been achieved As an inevitable trend of economic and social development in China, wind energy, as a cheap and clean renewable energy, has replaced the use of traditional energy. Wind energy plays a more and more important part in the world energy structure. All countries have greatly invested in wind power projects to reduce environmental pressure, and China has also vigorously developed wind energy construction, especially in China. Using wind power to replace other energy use. Under this background, this paper uses project management theory and standardized management theory to study standardization management in the construction project of Datang Xiangyang wind farm. The specific research content is as follows: the first chapter introduces the research background and research significance. With the development of China's economy, In depth, the use of mineral fuel as a basic energy source produces serious environmental pollution, which greatly endangers the natural and living environment of our human existence. Therefore, the new renewable energy of wind power has become the mainstream direction of future energy development, and the construction of wind farms is of great practical significance and necessity. Secondly, it is introduced. At last, it summarizes the standardization and reference literature at home and abroad, and combs the basis of standardization theory, analyzes the theoretical definition of standardization, connotation and basic principles, characteristics and other factors. The second chapter is the general situation of the construction project of the Xiangyang wind farm and the status of standardization management and the existing problems. The basic situation of the enterprise and the Datang Xiangyang wind farm project introduces the different characteristics of the wind farm engineering and other projects, such as the complexity of the equipment, the universality of the management and the coordination of the production. Secondly, the problems in the project construction process are deeply discussed from the aspects of the standardization of the project, the execution force and the three elements involved in the process. The third chapter is the analysis of the reasons for the standardization management of the construction project of the Xiangyang wind farm construction project. This chapter uses the project quality management and standardization related knowledge and theory to design, implement, check and summarize the different stages of the project, and use the tools of human, machine, material, law and ring to solve the problems of the project standardization management. The fourth chapter is the improvement plan and implementation of the standardization management of Xiangyang wind farm construction project. On the basis of the analysis of the cause of the above chapter, combined with the weak link of the existing engineering construction project of the existing Datang Xiangyang wind power limited company, this chapter puts forward a standardized management system for the construction project of the Xiangyang wind farm construction project and the standardization of the project safety. Management, project quality standardization management, procurement, technology and progress management and other implementation plans. Finally, on the basis of the above research, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the standardization management of future wind power construction projects, which will provide some help for the standardized management of wind power projects in China.
