【摘要】：“按項目進行管理”作為企業(yè)管理的新模式,近年來取得了突飛猛進的發(fā)展。我國的大批傳統(tǒng)作業(yè)型企業(yè)也正在向項目型組織轉變,然后快速轉變中附帶的一系列組織內部或外部的風險管理問題,使其項目管理的關系績效一直無法得到有效的保證。因此,如何提升風險管理能力,從而有效地改善和提高關系績效,成為越來越受各界所關注的問題。本研究首先回顧了項目風險管理的概念及其相關理論,通過對國內外文獻綜述的梳理,總結了項目風險的分類方式和項目風險管理的基本框架。在此基礎之上,通過理論邏輯分析和實證研究,本研究從風險來源的角度出發(fā)將項目的風險管理能力分為內外兩個方面,并提出了風險管理能力的五個維度,即社會風險管理能力、自然風險管理能力、進度風險管理能力、質量風險管理能力和成本風險管理能力。然后,本研究基于對項目管理績效的內涵及其評價相關研究的總結分析,提出了關系績效的測量指標,即項目團隊的滿意度、業(yè)主的滿意度和項目創(chuàng)新。由此,本研究基于文獻歸納和理論演繹,提出了項目風險管理能力對項目管理的關系績效影響的概念模型和相關假設,并通過問卷調查和數據統(tǒng)計,運用結構方程模型的方法,對相關量表的信度和效度以及研究假設進行了檢驗,揭示了項目風險管理能力的不同維度對關系績效的影響關系。最后,結合實證研究的結論,本研究對企業(yè)在實施項目管理的過程中通過提升風險管理能力改善項目管理關系績效的途徑提出了相關建議,并針對本研究的局限和不足提出了對進一步研究方向的展望。
[Abstract]:As a new mode of enterprise management, Project Management has made great progress in recent years. A large number of traditional activity-based enterprises in our country are also changing to project-based organizations, and then a series of internal or external risk management problems are attached to the rapid transformation, which makes the relational performance of project management unable to be effectively guaranteed. Therefore, how to improve the ability of risk management and effectively improve the relationship performance has become more and more concerned by all walks of life. This study first reviews the concept of project risk management and its related theories, summarizes the classification of project risk and the basic framework of project risk management by combing the literature at home and abroad. On this basis, through theoretical logic analysis and empirical research, this study divides the risk management ability of the project into internal and external two aspects from the point of view of risk source, and puts forward five dimensions of risk management ability. That is, social risk management, natural risk management, schedule risk management, quality risk management and cost risk management. Then, based on the summary and analysis of the connotation and evaluation of project management performance, the paper puts forward the measurement index of relational performance, that is, the satisfaction of project team, the satisfaction of owner and the innovation of project. Therefore, based on the literature induction and theoretical deduction, this study puts forward the conceptual model and related assumptions of the impact of project risk management capability on project management performance. Through questionnaire survey and data statistics, the paper uses the structural equation model method. The reliability and validity of the relevant scales and the research hypotheses are tested to reveal the relationship between the different dimensions of project risk management ability and relationship performance. Finally, combined with the conclusions of the empirical study, this study puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the performance of the project management relationship by improving the risk management ability in the process of implementing project management. In view of the limitations and shortcomings of this study, the prospect of further research direction is put forward.
