【摘要】：建筑工程項目的設(shè)計階段是項目全壽命周期中非常重要的環(huán)節(jié),是建設(shè)項目進行全面規(guī)劃及具體描述實施意圖的過程,對于整個工程項目的進度、質(zhì)量、成本三大控制目標而言,建筑工程項目的設(shè)計階段起著決定性的作用。設(shè)計階段在整個建筑工程項目的實施過程中有著極其重要的地位,對于處在設(shè)計階段的項目來說,保障整個項目質(zhì)量的最關(guān)鍵管理環(huán)節(jié)就是能夠合理安排設(shè)計項目的進度。本文運用進度管理相關(guān)理論,重點從項目的進度計劃制定、進度計劃優(yōu)化、進度計劃控制方面展開研究,系統(tǒng)地介紹關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)的理論基礎(chǔ)、基本思路及具體應(yīng)用,以鹽城市圖書館城南新館設(shè)計項目為例,針對建筑工程項目建設(shè)過程中經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)的設(shè)計階段進度落后,影響后續(xù)工期及質(zhì)量等問題,以項目進度管理理論為依據(jù),結(jié)合工程實際制定項目進度計劃,運用項目進度管理方法中的關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù),指出設(shè)計階段影響進度管理的關(guān)鍵工作并對影響因素進行分析,總結(jié)歸納影響進度的各種不確定因素的解決方法并提出相關(guān)的建議,為今后的設(shè)計管理工作提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The design stage of the construction project is a very important link in the whole life cycle of the project. It is the process of overall planning and concrete description of the implementation intention of the construction project, which is of great importance to the progress and quality of the whole project. The design stage of the construction project plays a decisive role in the cost control objectives. The design stage plays an extremely important role in the implementation process of the whole construction project. For the project in the design stage, the key management link to ensure the quality of the whole project is to arrange the schedule of the design project reasonably. Based on the theory of schedule management, this paper focuses on the research of project schedule planning, schedule optimization, schedule control, and systematically introduces the theoretical basis, basic ideas and concrete application of key chain technology. Taking the design project of Yancheng Library's Chengnan New Pavilion as an example, aiming at the problems of backward progress in the design stage, affecting the subsequent construction period and quality, which often appear in the construction process of the construction project, this paper bases on the theory of project schedule management. According to the engineering practice, this paper makes the project progress plan, using the key chain technology in the project schedule management method, points out the key work that affects the schedule management in the design stage, and analyzes the influencing factors. The methods of solving uncertain factors affecting progress are summarized and some suggestions are put forward to provide the basis for the design management in the future.
