W微電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:W微電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目是海島微電源建設(shè)和海島電網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè),構(gòu)建海島與大陸電網(wǎng)連接,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)海島聯(lián)網(wǎng)供電,徹底解決偏遠(yuǎn)海島供電的難題。本文以“W微電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目”為實(shí)例作為研究材料,從項(xiàng)目的建立、項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃的編制、項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃工期的優(yōu)化和項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制四個(gè)方面逐步深入地分析,進(jìn)行該項(xiàng)目的構(gòu)建及進(jìn)度管理,旨在探索項(xiàng)目管理在微電網(wǎng)建設(shè)中的應(yīng)用,并為后續(xù)工程的建設(shè)提供可靠經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本研究通過檢索相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),了解微電網(wǎng)以及進(jìn)度管理方面的研究現(xiàn)狀,明確進(jìn)度管理對(duì)微電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的重要性,并分析當(dāng)前微電網(wǎng)發(fā)展中存在的問題,了解項(xiàng)目管理以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)的基本知識(shí),引出研究的目的與意義。通過深入研究項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理在微電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用,利用項(xiàng)目范圍管理知識(shí)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的工作范圍進(jìn)行界定,并利用WBS工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了工作分解。在完成工作分解、責(zé)任分配、項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)排序、工作時(shí)間評(píng)估的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇了適用性強(qiáng)的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制方法,綜合進(jìn)度控制理論以及該項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)論述了進(jìn)度控制的過程、進(jìn)度保證措施、動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)控及進(jìn)度控制的項(xiàng)目更新等內(nèi)容,將網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)應(yīng)用于項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理中,全面探討了該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的制定、優(yōu)化、實(shí)施、控制、動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)方法。本論文采用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的研究方法,將項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理思路運(yùn)用到微電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目上。通過對(duì)W微電網(wǎng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理中取得的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)加以總結(jié)和提煉,對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理理論在多行業(yè)的推廣應(yīng)用,具有一定的參考價(jià)值,為微電網(wǎng)的發(fā)展及項(xiàng)目管理的持續(xù)研究提供了可靠的研究基礎(chǔ)和研究積累。
[Abstract]:W microgrid project is the construction of island micro-power supply and island power network construction, building the connection between island and continental power network, finally realizing the island network power supply, and thoroughly solving the problem of remote island power supply. This paper takes "W Microgrid Project" as an example, and analyzes it step by step from four aspects: the establishment of the project, the preparation of the project plan, the optimization of the project schedule and the progress control of the project. The purpose of the project construction and schedule management is to explore the application of project management in the construction of microgrid and to provide reliable experience for the construction of subsequent projects. In this study, the current situation of research on microgrid and schedule management is understood, the importance of schedule management to the construction of microgrid is clarified, and the problems existing in the development of microgrid are analyzed. Understanding the basic knowledge of project management and network planning technology leads to the purpose and significance of the research. Through in-depth study of the application of project schedule management in microgrid project, the scope of work of the project is defined by using the knowledge of project scope management, and the work of the project is decomposed by WBS structure. On the basis of complete work decomposition, responsibility allocation, project activity ranking and working time evaluation, a suitable schedule planning method, comprehensive schedule control theory and the characteristics of the project are selected. This paper mainly discusses the progress control process, schedule guarantee measures, dynamic monitoring and schedule control project updating, etc. The network planning technology is applied to the project schedule management, and the formulation and optimization of the project schedule plan are discussed in an all-round way. Implementation, control, dynamic monitoring methods. In this paper, the research method of combining theory with practice is used to apply the project schedule management to the microgrid project. Through summing up and refining the successful experience in the project schedule management of W microgrid, it has certain reference value for the popularization and application of project management theory in many industries. It provides a reliable research foundation and accumulation for the development of microgrid and the continuous research of project management.
