【摘要】：穗域網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司是以提供互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用服務(wù)為主的公司,擁有一定的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用軟件開(kāi)發(fā)能力、服務(wù)器運(yùn)維能力和眾多的境外服務(wù)器資源,公司主要是承包客戶外包出來(lái)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)應(yīng)用軟件開(kāi)發(fā)和運(yùn)維服務(wù)項(xiàng)目,在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中,該公司遇到很多項(xiàng)目問(wèn)題,由于客戶多,項(xiàng)目種類(lèi)多,參與人員多,協(xié)作多等原因,如果不及時(shí)追蹤和解決問(wèn)題,將會(huì)給公司和客戶帶來(lái)糾紛,還會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響各部門(mén)協(xié)作和運(yùn)營(yíng),降低工作效率,給公司經(jīng)濟(jì)和聲譽(yù)造成嚴(yán)重?fù)p失。在傳統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過(guò)程中,解決項(xiàng)目問(wèn)題的過(guò)程無(wú)法得到有效的追蹤管理,現(xiàn)今信息技術(shù)飛躍進(jìn)步,各個(gè)行業(yè)都在快速推進(jìn)信息化進(jìn)程。企業(yè)的信息化正在成為企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要組成部分,利用信息化技術(shù),改善和再造業(yè)務(wù)流程,實(shí)現(xiàn)高效項(xiàng)目問(wèn)題解決過(guò)程追蹤管理系統(tǒng),對(duì)穗域網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司的發(fā)展有深遠(yuǎn)的促進(jìn)作用。 論文介紹了穗域公司外包項(xiàng)目問(wèn)題追蹤系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項(xiàng)目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)存在的問(wèn)題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析,給出了改造后的業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,論文通過(guò)用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括基礎(chǔ)資源管理、問(wèn)題管理、文檔管理、站內(nèi)信管理、日志查看、統(tǒng)計(jì)等子包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對(duì)系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了實(shí)體類(lèi)關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表結(jié)構(gòu)；論文最后對(duì)所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對(duì)進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Guangzhou area Network Company is a company that mainly provides Internet application services. It has the capability of developing Internet application software, the ability of server operation and maintenance, and a large number of overseas server resources. The company mainly contracts the project of Internet application software development and operation and maintenance service outsourced by customers. During the implementation of the project, the company encountered many project problems, because of the large number of customers, the variety of projects, the number of participants, the cooperation and so on. If the problem is not followed up and solved in time, it will bring disputes to the company and customers, and will seriously affect the cooperation and operation of various departments, reduce the efficiency of work, and cause serious losses to the company's economy and reputation. In the traditional process of project implementation, the process of solving project problems can not be effectively tracked and managed. Nowadays, information technology is advancing rapidly, and various industries are advancing the information process rapidly. The informationization of enterprises is becoming an important part of the core competitiveness of enterprises. By using information technology, we can improve and reengineer the business process, and realize an efficient project problem solving process tracking management system. To the development of Guangzhou domain network company has the profound promotion function. This paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application status of Guangzhou Corporation Outsourcing Project tracking system, clarifies the content and main work of the thesis, and analyzes the problems existing in the system in business analysis. The organization, the original business process and so on are analyzed, and the revamped business process is given. In the function analysis, the function of the system is defined by use case analysis and use case description. The general function package diagram and sub-function package diagram of the system are given, including basic resource management, problem management, document management, in-station information management, log view, statistics and so on. This paper analyzes the data needed to deal with each function of the system, gives the entity class diagram, establishes the database table structure, and summarizes the research and analysis work done at the end of the paper. The future work is prospected.
