【摘要】：項目一般由范圍、組織結構、質量、時間進度、費用五個要素組成。項目管理的核心內容是進度計劃與控制,是決定項目成敗的關鍵因素之一。進度計劃為項目提供依據(jù)和指南,進度控制保證項目按計劃實施。項目管理作為管理項目的實用工具在工業(yè)發(fā)達的國家里取得到廣泛應用,但在我國還是一門新興的應用科學,有廣闊的發(fā)展前景。我國近年來在工程建設領域內大力提倡項目管理理論的實施、實踐證明,在建設工程中運用項目管理對于提高工程質量、保證工期、降低成本可以起到關鍵作用。在工程建設中,將項目進度計劃管理的相關理論加以應用,可以指導工程順利實施,確保項目按質量、按工期要求完成。本文通過對S鋼焦爐建設工程項目進行項目進度研究,結合項目各階段的各項進度管理工作,在項目進度計劃的理論基礎上,對S鋼焦爐建設工程所涉生產工藝流程、項目各階段情況及影響項目進度計劃因素的分析,經過項目目標識別、項目工作分解,制定并優(yōu)化項目進度計劃。對項目執(zhí)行中的控制工作分析研究,并提出項目突發(fā)風險預案,確保了本項目的順利進行。本課題所研究之S鋼焦爐建設工程項目總承包項目,是寶鋼工程承接的第一個焦爐建設工程項目。通過對該項目進行項目進度管理研究,可以針對項目各階段出現(xiàn)的問題總結經驗教訓,對以后承接類似的煉焦項目,起到借鑒作用,極大提高工作效率,為以后投標其它焦爐建設項目,提供全面、科學、客觀的材料,同時為本公司其它項目進度計劃管理提供寶貴經驗。
[Abstract]:Projects are generally composed of five elements: scope, organizational structure, quality, schedule, and cost. The core content of project management is schedule planning and control, which is one of the key factors to determine the success or failure of the project. Schedule provides the basis and guidance for the project, progress control to ensure the implementation of the project as planned. As a practical tool of project management, project management has been widely used in industrialized countries, but it is still a new applied science in China, and has a broad prospect of development. In recent years, our country strongly advocated the implementation of project management theory in the field of engineering construction. It has been proved in practice that the application of project management in construction projects can play a key role in improving the quality of the project, ensuring the duration of the project and reducing the cost. In the engineering construction, the application of the theory of project schedule management can guide the project to carry out smoothly and ensure the project to be completed according to the quality and the requirement of the construction period. In this paper, through the research on the progress of the construction project of S steel coke oven, combined with the schedule management work of each stage of the project, on the basis of the theory of the project schedule, the production process involved in the construction project of S steel coke oven is discussed. Analyze the status of each stage of the project and the factors affecting the progress of the project. Make and optimize the project schedule by identifying the project objectives and decomposing the work of the project. The control work in the project execution is analyzed and studied, and the project unexpected risk plan is put forward to ensure the smooth progress of the project. The S steel coke oven construction project is the first coke oven construction project in Baosteel. Through the research on the project schedule management, we can sum up the experience and lessons in view of the problems in each stage of the project, which can be used for reference to undertake similar coking projects in the future, and greatly improve the working efficiency. Provide comprehensive, scientific and objective materials for bidding for other coke oven construction projects, and provide valuable experience for the company's other project schedule management.
