【摘要】：隨著信息化技術與網(wǎng)絡技術的穩(wěn)步快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)為了增強自身的軟實力,提高辦公人員工作效率、增強企業(yè)管理能力、提升企業(yè)員工素質,必須加強企業(yè)自身的信息化管理系統(tǒng)建設,而企業(yè)進行組織協(xié)調(diào)與辦公是信息化系統(tǒng)的核心。企業(yè)辦公自動化簡稱OA,它作為一種將現(xiàn)代化辦公與計算機網(wǎng)絡技術融為一體的新型辦公模式,在我國國家行政部門、企業(yè)均得到廣泛應用。OA辦公自動化系統(tǒng)是以網(wǎng)絡技術為基礎,以信息化技術為主導,將企業(yè)常規(guī)化管理納入信息化管理并充分發(fā)揮最大優(yōu)勢,以此來提升工作質量與效率。有助于企業(yè)管理層進行決策與進行戰(zhàn)略分析,加快企業(yè)快速化、規(guī)范化、流程化,有效提升辦公質量。OA系統(tǒng)作為信息化技術發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,具有獨特的生命力和廣泛應用性。利用軟件工程技術可實現(xiàn)企業(yè)內(nèi)部人員隨時隨地進行協(xié)調(diào)辦公,讓信息能夠更加快捷便利的進行交互和傳遞,極大的提升企業(yè)辦公效率。 澳門才知集團成立于1999年,是以文化綜合體開發(fā)和經(jīng)營為核心的集團公司。對于集團進行綜合化管理,傳統(tǒng)的模式無法適應集團公司的發(fā)展需求,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有情況對以往OA系統(tǒng)的分析,本研究課題在之前OA系統(tǒng)的基礎之上進行功能擴展,實現(xiàn)全方位管理,從而滿足集團內(nèi)部不同用戶、不同部門、不同領導層的需求。 本系統(tǒng)是基于PHP技術與My SQL數(shù)據(jù)庫實現(xiàn)的OA辦公系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)重點從公共事務、人力資源、CRM管理、系統(tǒng)管理、培訓管理、協(xié)同項目管理、系統(tǒng)報表管理、在線考試等八大模塊進行需求分析、設計、及實現(xiàn),具有較高的實用價值。同時系統(tǒng)增設站內(nèi)信提醒、手機短信提醒,有利于提升工作效率,在安全方面采用IP限制訪問、密碼強度設置、及USB密鑰方式防止外部非法用戶登錄,有效的提高了系統(tǒng)的安全,也是本研究課題的一次創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:With the steady and rapid development of information technology and network technology, in order to enhance their own soft power, improve the efficiency of office staff, enhance the management ability of enterprises, improve the quality of enterprise employees, It is necessary to strengthen the construction of the enterprise's own information management system, and the core of the information system is the organization coordination and office work of the enterprise. As a new office mode which integrates modern office technology and computer network technology, the enterprise office automation is referred to as OAA, which is in the national administrative department of our country. The OA office automation system is based on the network technology and information technology. It brings the regular management into the information management and gives full play to the greatest advantage to improve the quality and efficiency of the work. It is helpful for enterprise management to make decision and strategic analysis, to speed up the rapid development, standardization and flow of enterprises, and to effectively improve the office quality. OA system, as a product of the development of information technology, has unique vitality and wide application. The use of software engineering technology can achieve the coordination of internal staff anytime, anywhere, so that the information can be more quickly and conveniently interactive and transfer, and greatly improve the efficiency of the enterprise office. Founded in 1999, the Macau Group is a cultural complex development and management as the core of the group company. For the integrated management of the group, the traditional mode can not meet the needs of the development of the group. According to the existing situation of the past OA system analysis, this research topic on the basis of the previous OA system for functional expansion, Achieve full-level management to meet the needs of different users, departments and leaders within the group. This system is an OA office system based on PHP technology and my SQL database. The system focuses on public affairs, human resources CRM management, system management, training management, collaborative project management, system report management, etc. Online examination and other eight modules for demand analysis, design, and implementation, has a higher practical value. At the same time, the system adds in-station message reminders and SMS reminders, which is conducive to improving the working efficiency, using IP restricted access, password strength setting, and USB key to prevent outside illegal users from logging on in the security aspect. Effectively improve the security of the system, but also the subject of this research innovation.
