YH公司高溫氣冷堆項目溝通問題與對策研究

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)項目管理中職能部門之間和團隊成員之間的聯(lián)系趨于緊密,溝通貫穿于整個項目的生命期,項目的溝通管理越來越成為突出的問題,如何解決優(yōu)化此類的問題,在企業(yè)項目管理中顯得極為重要。溝通管理是作為項目管理九大知識領(lǐng)域之一,在項目管理中起著極其重要的作用。本研究重點研究YH公司高溫氣冷堆項目的溝通管理問題,分析YH公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)流程,應(yīng)用訪談?wù){(diào)查的方式,找出高溫氣冷堆項目團隊溝通管理中存在的主要問題。通過對這些問題用魚骨圖加以分析,得出影響高溫氣冷堆項目團隊溝通管理的制約因素:組織結(jié)構(gòu)、溝通方式、管理者的理念和行為等。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn),由于高溫氣冷堆項目團隊成員之間的知識水平、溝通方式的差異,以及企業(yè)內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)溝通模式的缺陷,使得項目團隊出現(xiàn)溝通制定不完善、溝通渠道不順暢等問題。本文運用項目管理的相關(guān)理論,以及溝通管理及項目團隊管理等理論,針對高溫氣冷堆項目團隊的溝通管理的問題,提出明確項目負責人的權(quán)責、加強溝通管理培訓等解決方案和措施;以及建立項目信息交換平臺,以提高有效溝通的可操作性。本研究期望能對企業(yè)項目團隊的溝通管理有一定的借鑒意義,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造出和諧高效的團隊,促進企業(yè)發(fā)展起到推動作用。
[Abstract]:In the modern enterprise project management, the relationship between the functional departments and the team members tends to be close, communication runs through the whole project life cycle, the communication management of the project becomes more and more prominent problem, how to solve the problem of optimizing this kind of problem, In the enterprise project management appears extremely important. As one of the nine knowledge fields of project management, communication management plays an extremely important role in project management. This study focuses on the communication and management of the HTGR project in YH Company, analyzes the organizational structure and the production process of YH Company, and finds out the main problems in the communication management of the HTGR project team by using the method of interview and investigation. Through the analysis of these problems with fish bone diagram, the factors that influence the communication management of HTGR project team are obtained, such as organizational structure, communication mode, management concept and behavior, and so on. In this study, it is found that due to the differences in knowledge level, communication mode and internal organizational structure communication mode between the members of the HTGR project team, the project team is not perfect in communication formulation. Communication channels are not smooth and so on. Based on the theory of project management, communication management and project team management, this paper puts forward the rights and responsibilities of the project leader in view of the communication management of the HTGR project team. To strengthen communication management training and other solutions and measures; and to establish a project information exchange platform to improve the operability of effective communication. The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the communication and management of enterprise project teams, to create a harmonious and efficient team and to promote the development of enterprises.
