【摘要】：安全管理始終是礦山管理的頭等大事。實行礦山安全管理項目化具有可操作性,在礦山生產(chǎn)實踐中已獲得顯著成效,是一種較好的礦山安全管理模式。文中詳述了安全管理項目化的重要性、內(nèi)涵和操作方式,以及實施效果。建議礦山管理者提高對項目管理的認識,倡導并實踐項目化安全管理模式,抓好礦山安全生產(chǎn)工作。
[Abstract]:Safety management is always the top priority of mine management. The implementation of mine safety management project is operable and has achieved remarkable results in mine production practice. It is a better mine safety management mode. In this paper, the importance, connotation, operation mode and implementation effect of safety management project are described in detail. It is suggested that mine managers should improve their understanding of project management, advocate and practice the mode of project safety management, and do a good job in mine safety production.
