【摘要】：實驗室是高校教學(xué)過程中的重要手段,在高校日常教學(xué)當(dāng)中扮演不可缺少的角色。實驗室的管理又是一項內(nèi)容繁多復(fù)雜的工作,因為實驗室使用人員眾多,且實驗室內(nèi)的事務(wù)復(fù)雜繁瑣且無序,正是這些原因?qū)嶒炇业墓芾碓斐呻y度。云南技師學(xué)院在對該校的實驗室管理中也遇到了實驗室管理的共性問題,該校的生物實驗室事務(wù)繁多,不易管理。傳統(tǒng)的管理模式,采用的紙質(zhì)記錄等方式已經(jīng)不能夠適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代發(fā)展,在實驗室管理中出現(xiàn)較多失誤,且日常管理效率低下。如何采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、信息化技術(shù)來對實驗室進(jìn)行綜合管理,解放復(fù)雜的人工勞動,成為該系統(tǒng)提出的基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)云南技師學(xué)院生物實驗室管理工作的實際情況,對類似系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行充分學(xué)習(xí)后,得出了該系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)架構(gòu),采用B/S(瀏覽器/服務(wù)器)模式,采用MVC開發(fā)模式,使用當(dāng)下比較流行的輕量級開源框架SSH(Struts2+Spring+Hibernate3)來對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行架構(gòu),確保該系統(tǒng)擁有良好的技術(shù)架構(gòu)。出于該系統(tǒng)對于數(shù)據(jù)信息擁有較高的安全性要求,采用SQL SERVER2012作為該系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫。該系統(tǒng)功能上實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計之初各項業(yè)務(wù)需求,對于使用該系統(tǒng)的不同角色,如學(xué)生、教師、系統(tǒng)管理員等均有其對應(yīng)使用功能,包含日常工作管理功能、電子實驗管理功能、試劑耗材管理功能、實驗材料管理功能、固定資產(chǎn)管理功能、科研項目管理功能、知識管理功能。日常工作管理功能包含個人工作管理、實驗室事務(wù)管理、站內(nèi)BBS等。電子實驗管理功能包含實驗管理,實驗記錄模板。試劑耗材管理功能包含訂購登記,到貨登記,使用登記,產(chǎn)品目錄,供應(yīng)商。實驗材料功能包含一般材料,特殊材料。云南技師學(xué)院生物實驗室綜合管理系統(tǒng)的使用對于云南技師學(xué)院而言具有里程碑的意義,該系統(tǒng)的使用大大降低了實驗室管理工作的工作量,提高管理人員的辦公效率,使得該校生物實驗室管理進(jìn)入新的臺階。該系統(tǒng)的使用節(jié)約了大量的人力物力,使該校能夠更好的專注于學(xué)生教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提升。
[Abstract]:Laboratory is an important means in the teaching process of universities and plays an indispensable role in the daily teaching of colleges and universities. The management of the laboratory is also a complex and complex work, because the laboratory uses a large number of personnel, and the affairs in the laboratory are complicated and unordered. It is these reasons that cause difficulty in the management of the laboratory. In the laboratory management of the University, South technician college has also encountered common problems in laboratory management. The school has a wide range of biological laboratory affairs and is not easy to manage. The traditional management mode and paper recording have not been able to adapt to the modern development. There are many mistakes in the laboratory management, and the daily management efficiency is low, such as low efficiency. In accordance with the actual situation of the management work of the biological laboratory in Yunnan technician college, the technical framework of the system is obtained and the B/S (Browser / server) model is adopted. Using the MVC development mode and using the popular lightweight open source framework SSH (Struts2+Spring+Hibernate3) to construct the system to ensure that the system has a good technical architecture. The system uses SQL SERVER2012 as the database of the system for the high security requirements for data information. The business needs of the system are realized at the beginning of the system. For the different roles of the system, such as students, teachers and system administrators, they have their corresponding functions, including daily work management function, electronic experiment management function, reagent consumables management function, experimental material management function, fixed asset management function, scientific research project management. Function, knowledge management function. The daily work management function includes personal work management, laboratory affairs management, station BBS, etc. the electronic experiment management function includes experimental management, experimental record template. The function of reagent consumables management includes order registration, arrival registration, use registration, product catalogue, supplier. The function of experimental materials includes general material. Materials and special materials. The use of the comprehensive management system of Biological Laboratory of Yunnan technician college has a milestone significance for the Yunnan technician college. The use of the system greatly reduces the workload of the laboratory management work, improves the office efficiency of the management personnel, and makes the management of the biology laboratory into a new step. By saving a lot of manpower and material resources, the school can better focus on improving students' teaching quality.
