【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景之下,各國(guó)之間的經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)聯(lián)系日益緊密。國(guó)內(nèi)各行業(yè)不斷發(fā)生著深刻的變革,其中建設(shè)領(lǐng)域與國(guó)際接軌的步伐逐步加快。EPC工程總承包模式是目前在國(guó)際上一種十分成熟的工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理方式,該模式在國(guó)外的建設(shè)領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)積累了豐富的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。而在石油化工方面,隨著我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)與國(guó)際市場(chǎng)的逐步接軌,EPC工程總承包模式正好順應(yīng)了這一市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),發(fā)展尤其迅速。EPCC工程總承包模式是以EPC工程總承包模式為基礎(chǔ),將項(xiàng)目延伸至后期的試運(yùn)行階段,使其發(fā)展成為更為全面的EPCC承包模式,而對(duì)EPCC總承包管理模式進(jìn)行研究可以說(shuō)剛好切合了工程建設(shè)領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的時(shí)代背景。在此背景下,為了充分發(fā)揮EPCC工程總承包的優(yōu)點(diǎn),保障項(xiàng)目順利且高效的完成,本文選擇S試采工程總承包項(xiàng)目流程體系設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究。 首先闡述了本課題提出的研究背景、目的和意義,以及EPCC管理模式的特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展概況、研究現(xiàn)狀和課題研究的思路與方法,同時(shí)結(jié)合S試采工程總承包項(xiàng)目的介紹,指出具體實(shí)施S試采工程總承包項(xiàng)目流程體系設(shè)計(jì)研究的必要性;其次主要分析了S試采工程總承包項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、施工、試運(yùn)行與竣工驗(yàn)收現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)工程總承包項(xiàng)目、流程設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了概述,同時(shí)簡(jiǎn)述了設(shè)計(jì)管理、采購(gòu)管理、施工管理、試運(yùn)行管理與竣工驗(yàn)收管理概況以及S試采工程總承包項(xiàng)目管理方面存在的問(wèn)題;最后對(duì)S試采工程總承包項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)管理、采購(gòu)管理、施工管理、試運(yùn)行與竣工驗(yàn)收管理進(jìn)行概述,結(jié)合S試采工程總承包項(xiàng)目實(shí)際調(diào)研情況,分析了S試采工程總承包項(xiàng)目流程現(xiàn)狀,通過(guò)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)流程的診斷、新舊流程的對(duì)比,對(duì)S試采工程總承包項(xiàng)目流程體系進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和說(shuō)明,同時(shí)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)流程體系、采購(gòu)流程體系、施工流程體系、試運(yùn)行及竣工驗(yàn)收流程體系進(jìn)行了闡述。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, the economic and technological ties between countries are increasingly close. Profound changes have taken place in various industries in our country, among which the construction field is gradually quickening the pace of international integration. EPC project general contracting mode is a very mature project management mode in the world at present. The model has accumulated rich management experience in the field of construction abroad. In petrochemical industry, with the gradual integration of the domestic market and the international market, the EPC general contracting mode just conforms to the development trend of this market. In particular, the EPCC project general contracting mode is based on the EPC project general contracting mode, which extends the project to the later stage of trial operation, making it a more comprehensive EPCC contracting mode. The research on EPCC general contract management model can be said to fit the background of the development of engineering construction field. In this context, in order to give full play to the advantages of EPCC project general contracting, to ensure the smooth and efficient completion of the project, this paper selected S test and mining project general contracting project flow system design for research. First of all, the research background, purpose and significance of this project, the characteristics of EPCC management mode, the general situation of development, the present research situation and the thought and method of the research are expounded. At the same time, combined with the introduction of S test and mining project, the general contracting project is introduced. This paper points out the necessity of carrying out the design and research on the flow system of S test and mining engineering general contracting project. Secondly, it mainly analyzes the design, purchase, construction, trial operation and completion acceptance of S test and mining project. At the same time, the problems existing in design management, procurement management, construction management, trial operation management and acceptance management of completion as well as the general project management of S test and mining project are briefly described. Finally, the design management, procurement management, construction management, trial operation and completion acceptance management of S test and mining project general contracting project are summarized, combined with the actual investigation situation of S test and mining project general contract project. This paper analyzes the current situation of S test and production engineering general contracting project process, through the diagnosis of traditional process, the comparison of new and old processes, the improvement and explanation of S test mining engineering general contract project process system, at the same time, the design process system, procurement process system, Construction process system, trial operation and completion acceptance process system are described.
