【摘要】:介紹了對(duì)外分包設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目中項(xiàng)目管理的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn) ,如管理工作如何制度化、規(guī)范化 ;如何對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行細(xì)化分解從而加強(qiáng)進(jìn)度的檢測(cè) ;在專業(yè)管理方面 ,對(duì)版次設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量、人工時(shí)和計(jì)劃如何控制 ;按國(guó)際慣例進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理時(shí)碰到的問題及解決辦法等。為更好完成對(duì)外分包設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目工作 ,應(yīng)在專業(yè)設(shè)置上與國(guó)際接軌 ,不宜分得太細(xì) ;提高設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)責(zé)人的英語(yǔ)水平 ,熟悉對(duì)口專業(yè)的英文原版標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ;強(qiáng)化項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人的專業(yè)管理意識(shí)和設(shè)計(jì)人員的經(jīng)濟(jì)觀念
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the experiences and lessons of project management in external subcontracting design projects, such as how to institutionalize and standardize the management work, how to refine and decompose the project to strengthen the inspection of progress, and how to manage the project professionally. How to control the quality of release design, manual time and plan, problems encountered in project management in accordance with international practice and solutions. In order to complete the work of the foreign subcontract design project, we should be in line with the international standards in the professional setting, should not be divided too carefully, improve the English level of the person in charge of the design, and be familiar with the English original standard of the counterpart specialty.
