【摘要】：隨著我國信息化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)，政府、企業(yè)、個(gè)人對(duì)于信息化的需求越來越高，網(wǎng)絡(luò)已然成為社會(huì)發(fā)展不可獲取的重要元素，基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境的各類信息化應(yīng)用在我國生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、管理等方面發(fā)揮著重要的作用，，我國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國，農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展關(guān)乎人們的溫飽問題，長期以來我國鄉(xiāng)、鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)對(duì)于農(nóng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的在招商引資上的投入都有增無減，通過招商引資發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的制定也將是我國長期以來的基本國策之一，而社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的構(gòu)建更離不開信息化建設(shè)的開展。招商項(xiàng)目的開展需要投入大量的人力、物力和財(cái)力，隨著招商項(xiàng)目的日益增多及項(xiàng)目合作形式的多樣化，農(nóng)村現(xiàn)有的人力資源等工作條件已經(jīng)在一定程度上阻礙了招商引資項(xiàng)目的發(fā)展，長期以往將導(dǎo)致農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的滯后，而信息化技術(shù)早在多年以前就已經(jīng)逐漸滲透到農(nóng)村，網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)于鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)政府及企業(yè)而言已經(jīng)不是什么新鮮事，因此，關(guān)于招商項(xiàng)目的管理過程，通過信息化手段及平臺(tái)輔助鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)提高其管理水平和辦公效率是其經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的重中之重。 本課題的提出以作者所在東北某鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)關(guān)于招商引資項(xiàng)目的信息化管理工作為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，從項(xiàng)目的立項(xiàng)、計(jì)劃、實(shí)施到驗(yàn)收可進(jìn)行貫穿全程的指導(dǎo)、管理和跟蹤，尤其是本系統(tǒng)提供的追溯管理模塊可實(shí)現(xiàn)針對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理工作的各階段追溯操作，保證了招商項(xiàng)目管理過程有章可尋、責(zé)全明確。本系統(tǒng)將采用基于B/S結(jié)構(gòu)的J2EE平臺(tái)、Ajax技術(shù)進(jìn)行開發(fā)，應(yīng)用SqlServer數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)，系統(tǒng)在對(duì)于多個(gè)文件并行上傳操作采用Ajax技術(shù)可實(shí)現(xiàn)多線程的文件數(shù)據(jù)異步傳輸，系統(tǒng)的文本編輯基于Ajax框架完成，系統(tǒng)的訪問權(quán)限采用了攔截技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)，這對(duì)系統(tǒng)的整體性能和功能將有很大的提高。 本文共劃分了六個(gè)主要章節(jié)進(jìn)行論述，按照先理論后實(shí)踐，先技術(shù)后框架的原則詮釋了基于軟件工程理論的開發(fā)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程，特別詳細(xì)介紹了需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)幾個(gè)部分。本系統(tǒng)的研究將對(duì)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)商貿(mào)部門的招商工作起到長足的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:With the advancement of the informatization process in our country, the government, enterprises and individuals have higher and higher demand for informatization. The network has become an important element that cannot be obtained in the social development. All kinds of informatization applications based on the network environment have been produced and managed in our country. Management and other aspects play an important role, China is a large agricultural country, the development of agriculture is related to the issue of food and clothing for people. It will also be one of the basic national policies of our country to develop rural economy policy by attracting investment, and the construction of new socialist countryside can not be separated from the development of information construction. Investment projects need to invest a lot of manpower, material resources and financial resources, with the increasing number of investment projects and the diversification of project cooperation forms, The existing human resources and other working conditions in rural areas have hindered the development of investment attracting projects to a certain extent, which will lead to the lagging of rural economy in the long term, and the information technology has gradually penetrated into the rural areas as early as many years ago. The network has become nothing new to township governments and enterprises. Therefore, the management process of investment promotion projects, Improving the management level and office efficiency of villages and towns through information means and platforms is the most important part of their economic construction. From the project establishment, planning, implementation to acceptance can be carried out throughout the guidance, management and tracking, especially the system provides the traceability management module to achieve the project management of the various stages of traceability operations, To ensure that the investment project management process can be found, the responsibility is clear. This system will adopt J2EE platform Ajax technology based on B / S structure to carry on the development, use SQL Server database to carry on the data storage, the system can realize the multithread file data asynchronous transmission with the Ajax technology for the multiple file parallel upload operation. The text editing of the system is completed on the basis of Ajax framework, and the access rights of the system are implemented by intercepting technology, which will greatly improve the overall performance and function of the system. According to the principle of "first theory then practice, first technology then frame", this paper interprets the development standard based on software engineering theory and the realization process of the system, especially introduces the requirements analysis, system design and system implementation in detail. The research of this system will play a significant role in promoting the business promotion work of the township trade department.
