【摘要】：正[本刊訊]糧改飼試點(diǎn)是農(nóng)業(yè)部貫徹落實(shí)中央1號文件精神,推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,推動種植業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和畜牧業(yè)節(jié)本提質(zhì)增效的重要舉措,2016年,全國糧改飼試點(diǎn)范圍擴(kuò)大到整個"鐮刀彎"地區(qū)和黃淮海玉米主產(chǎn)區(qū),試點(diǎn)省從10個增加到17個,試點(diǎn)縣從30個增加到100個,補(bǔ)貼資金從3億元增加到10億元。當(dāng)前,糧改飼已經(jīng)進(jìn)入飼草料收貯的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),為精準(zhǔn)統(tǒng)計(jì)各地糧改飼試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施情況,全面科學(xué)評估項(xiàng)目實(shí)施成效,農(nóng)業(yè)部畜牧業(yè)司10月10日在京舉辦糧改

The number of pilot provinces has increased from 10 to 17, the number of pilot counties has increased from 30 to 100, and the subsidy funds have increased from 300 million yuan to 1 billion yuan.
