【摘要】：本文是z公司的傳輸網(wǎng)管軟件開發(fā)項(xiàng)目研究論文。針對當(dāng)前在傳輸網(wǎng)管項(xiàng)目管理中存在的問題,結(jié)合理論分析,提出解決方案,并進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化方案。致力于提高傳輸網(wǎng)管項(xiàng)目管理能力,提高工作效率。 主要研究內(nèi)容為,通信行業(yè)內(nèi)系統(tǒng)集成軟件項(xiàng)目的范圍管理的方法。文章討論了項(xiàng)目管理理念,結(jié)合實(shí)際尋找合適項(xiàng)目的管理工具。重點(diǎn)研究,(1)外部環(huán)境對項(xiàng)目范圍管理的影響。(2)項(xiàng)目管理能力對項(xiàng)目范圍的影響。(3)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中的不規(guī)范性對項(xiàng)目范圍管理造成的影響。 通過對這三塊內(nèi)容的研究,把傳輸網(wǎng)管項(xiàng)目過程中實(shí)際遇到的問題分類,并進(jìn)行量化分析,從而客觀的剖析當(dāng)前傳輸網(wǎng)管項(xiàng)目中的本質(zhì)問題�？偨Y(jié)出影響傳輸網(wǎng)管項(xiàng)目范圍管理的主要原因主要是售前缺少有效的范圍管理制度和項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中管理制度不科學(xué)。 結(jié)合傳輸網(wǎng)管的實(shí)際情況,提出了相應(yīng)的管理措施,主要有：(1)提高執(zhí)行力。(2)管理流程、制度優(yōu)化。(3)引導(dǎo)客戶管理范圍。最后,結(jié)合目前傳輸網(wǎng)管項(xiàng)目的管理流程制度,針對提出的管理措施進(jìn)行試點(diǎn)。通過試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目,對項(xiàng)目范圍改進(jìn)的措施進(jìn)行評價(jià),改進(jìn)措施在試點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目中起到了積極作用。 從本文可以了解到項(xiàng)目范圍管理是項(xiàng)目中重要的工作,如何降項(xiàng)目范圍管理運(yùn)用到實(shí)際項(xiàng)目中,是需要結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況靈活運(yùn)用,良好的控制項(xiàng)目范圍是項(xiàng)目成功的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:This paper is the research paper of the transmission network management software development project of z company. Aiming at the problems existing in the project management of transmission network management, this paper puts forward the solution and further optimizes the scheme by combining the theoretical analysis. Committed to improve the transmission network management project management capabilities, improve efficiency. The main research content is the scope management method of the system integration software project in the communication industry. This paper discusses the idea of project management and finds the right management tools. Focus on the impact of external environment on project scope management. 2) the impact of project management capability on project scope. 3) the impact of non-standard on project scope management in the process of project implementation. Through the study of these three parts, the problems encountered in the process of transmission network management project are classified and analyzed quantitatively, so as to analyze objectively the essential problems in the current transmission network management project. It is concluded that the main reasons that affect the scope management of transmission network management project are the lack of effective scope management system before sale and the unscientific management system in the course of project implementation. Combined with the actual situation of the transmission network management, the corresponding management measures are put forward, including: 1) improving the executive power. 2) the management flow, and 3) optimizing the system to guide the scope of customer management. Finally, according to the management flow system of the current transmission network management project, the proposed management measures are tested. Through the pilot project, the measures to improve the scope of the project are evaluated, and the improvement measures play an active role in the pilot project. From this paper, we can know that project scope management is an important work in the project. How to reduce the project scope management to the actual project is necessary to apply flexibly combined with the actual situation of the project. A good control of the project scope is the key to the success of the project.
