【摘要】：電網(wǎng)工程其他費用是工程建設(shè)項目所必須的費用支出,包括土地征用、項目管理、技術(shù)服務(wù)、生產(chǎn)準備、大件運輸?shù)葍?nèi)容,與建筑工程費、安裝工程費、設(shè)備購置費等三類費用共同構(gòu)成了工程建設(shè)投資總額。工程其他費用具有費用內(nèi)容龐雜、管理模式多樣、管理鏈條長、管理部門多及管理相對復雜等特點。本文重點分析了當前電網(wǎng)工程其他費用的內(nèi)容特點,以及會計核算實踐中面臨的主要問題及深層次的原因,提出加強統(tǒng)籌、分類控制、規(guī)范列支等工程其他費用的核算管控方法。
[Abstract]:Other expenses of the power grid project are the necessary expenses for the project construction project, including land acquisition, project management, technical services, production preparation, transportation of large items, and construction and installation costs, Equipment purchase expenses and other three types of expenses constitute the total amount of construction investment. Other engineering expenses are characterized by complicated cost content, diverse management mode, long management chain, multiple management departments and relatively complex management. This paper mainly analyzes the content and characteristics of other expenses in power grid engineering, the main problems in accounting practice and the deep reasons, and proposes to strengthen the overall planning and classification control. Standardize the accounting and control methods for other project expenses.
