【摘要】：年鑒是系統(tǒng)工程,作為年度項目,可以結(jié)合項目階段、項目工作包干、項目活動等相關(guān)項目管理實踐,有效實現(xiàn)年鑒項目的計劃、組織、實施、控制和決策,最終完成預(yù)期的質(zhì)量目標(biāo)�！侗本┙逃觇b》編纂實踐中,從通過項目生命周期概念界定年鑒的流程模塊;按照項目范圍管理要求梳理項目實施與控制階段工作;在年鑒項目階段范圍界定的基礎(chǔ)上完成年鑒項目工作分解;通過項目時間管理把握年鑒工作流程進(jìn)度,高質(zhì)量完成年鑒編纂工作,年鑒編纂通過項目管理實現(xiàn)科學(xué)化管理。
[Abstract]:Yearbook is a system engineering, as an annual project, it can effectively realize the plan, organization, implementation, control and decision of yearbook project by combining the project stage, project work, project activity and other related project management practices. In the compilation practice of Beijing Education Yearbook, define the process module of yearbook through the concept of project life cycle, sort out the project implementation and control stage according to the project scope management requirements; On the basis of defining the scope of the yearbook project, the yearbook project work is decomposed, and the yearbook compilation is carried out scientifically through the project management to master the schedule of the yearbook work flow and to complete the yearbook compilation work with high quality.
