【摘要】：正我校近年來在國家自然科學(xué)基金(以下簡(jiǎn)稱科學(xué)基金)項(xiàng)目申報(bào)工作中成效顯著,獲資助項(xiàng)目數(shù)呈穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng)并連續(xù)兩年在全國中醫(yī)院校中位列第1,資助項(xiàng)目數(shù)的增多對(duì)科研管理部門的科學(xué)基金管理工作提出了更高的要求。為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)我�？茖W(xué)基金項(xiàng)目的管理,結(jié)合國家自然科學(xué)基金委員會(huì)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱自然科學(xué)基金委)"十二五"發(fā)展規(guī)劃改進(jìn)管理模式,在科學(xué)基金管理共同體中發(fā)揮項(xiàng)目依托單位的重要作用,現(xiàn)對(duì)我�？茖W(xué)基金資助項(xiàng)目管理工作現(xiàn)狀及問題做一分析并提出改進(jìn)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, our school has achieved remarkable results in the application work of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (hereinafter referred to as the Science Foundation). The number of funded projects has increased steadily and ranked first in the national TCM colleges for two years in a row. The increase of the number of funded projects has put forward higher requirements for the management of scientific funds in scientific research management departments. In order to further strengthen the management of the science foundation project of our university, combining with the National Natural Science Foundation Committee of China (hereinafter referred to as the Natural Science Foundation Committee) "the 12th Five-Year Plan" to improve the management mode, This paper gives full play to the important role of the project supporting unit in the scientific fund management community. This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the project management supported by the science fund in our university and puts forward some countermeasures for improvement.
