【摘要】：進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),中國石油天然氣建設(shè)項(xiàng)目高速發(fā)展,大型、超大型石油天然氣管道建設(shè)項(xiàng)目越來越多,行業(yè)的項(xiàng)目綜合管理能力急需提高,因此,PMT+PMC+TPI+EPC這種先進(jìn)管理模式的應(yīng)用日益廣泛。本文首先分析了該組合管理模式下各方定義、聯(lián)系和工作界面,并以中亞天然氣管道工程為例,研究分析如何結(jié)合項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)選擇和運(yùn)用這種管理模式。最后介紹該管理模式在中國大型項(xiàng)目中運(yùn)用的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),并展望了應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the rapid development of China's petroleum and natural gas construction projects and the increasing number of large-scale and super-large oil and gas pipeline construction projects, the comprehensive management capability of the industry is in urgent need of improvement. Therefore, the application of advanced management mode such as PMT PMC TPI EPC is becoming more and more extensive. In this paper, the definition, connection and working interface of each side under the combination management mode are analyzed, and taking the Central Asia natural gas pipeline project as an example, how to select and apply this management mode according to the characteristics of the project is studied and analyzed. In the end, the advantages and disadvantages of this management model in large scale projects in China are introduced, and the application prospect is prospected.
