BIM技術(shù)在項(xiàng)目施工管理過程中應(yīng)用的研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展進(jìn)入“新常態(tài)”時(shí)期,國內(nèi)建筑業(yè)的普漲時(shí)代已趨于平緩,進(jìn)入了存量競爭時(shí)代。特別是2014年至今,建筑業(yè)新開工項(xiàng)目減少,施工面積縮減,這種局面下建筑企業(yè)的生存異常艱難,尤其施工單位的競爭更是越來越大。加之國內(nèi)某些中小型施工單位的精細(xì)化管理、協(xié)同管理還相當(dāng)初級,建筑工程的施工又表現(xiàn)出單件性、規(guī)模大、結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜、施工難度大、周期長等特點(diǎn),傳統(tǒng)的施工項(xiàng)目管理已經(jīng)不能完全適應(yīng)這些施工單位自身的生存和發(fā)展,因此必須引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的理論和方法來輔助或進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目管理。本論文首先通過文獻(xiàn)研究法,分析了BIM(Building Information Modeling)技術(shù)在國內(nèi)外的研究應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,闡述了BIM技術(shù)的起源、概念、特點(diǎn)及其優(yōu)勢,對BIM技術(shù)形成了一個(gè)較為全面的認(rèn)識;其次通過理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,定性的分析了BIM技術(shù)對項(xiàng)目主要參與方的影響,肯定了BIM技術(shù)在施工單位應(yīng)用的價(jià)值,并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了基于BIM技術(shù)的施工單位項(xiàng)目管理體系;然后將BIM技術(shù)引入到項(xiàng)目管理中去,分析了施工階段中現(xiàn)行管理體系中進(jìn)度控制、質(zhì)量控制和安全管理中存在的問題,并基于BIM技術(shù)針對性的提出解決措施;最后以BIM技術(shù)在河南圣德醫(yī)院項(xiàng)目施工中的應(yīng)用為例,具體介紹了BIM技術(shù)在施工前期、平面管理、進(jìn)度控制、質(zhì)量控制、安全管理中的應(yīng)用,有效地加快了施工進(jìn)度、提升了施工質(zhì)量、控制了安全隱患,充分印證了BIM技術(shù)對項(xiàng)目管理和指導(dǎo)施工的合理性和優(yōu)勢。論文研究的內(nèi)容致力于解決項(xiàng)目施工管理過程中存在的一些問題,對施工階段中的項(xiàng)目管理和指導(dǎo)施工具有重要的意義,希望本論文的研究結(jié)論能夠有效地提升施工單位的生產(chǎn)力和競爭力,同時(shí)為BIM技術(shù)在施工單位的推廣及施工階段中的應(yīng)用提供參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the economic development into the "new normal" period, the general era of domestic construction industry has been levelling off, entering the stock competition era. Especially since 2014, the number of new construction projects has decreased and the construction area has been reduced. In this situation, the survival of construction enterprises is extremely difficult, especially the competition of construction units is becoming more and more great. In addition to the fine management of some small and medium-sized construction units in China, the cooperative management is still quite elementary, and the construction of the building project has the characteristics of single piece, large scale, complex structure, difficult construction, long period, and so on. Traditional construction project management can not fully adapt to the survival and development of these construction units, so it is necessary to introduce advanced theories and methods to assist or carry out project management. First of all, through the literature research method, this paper analyzes the research and application status of BIM(Building Information Modeling technology at home and abroad, expounds the origin, concept, characteristics and advantages of BIM technology, and forms a more comprehensive understanding of BIM technology. Secondly, through the combination of theory and practice, this paper qualitatively analyzes the influence of BIM technology on the main participants of the project, affirms the value of the application of BIM technology in construction units, and on this basis constructs the project management system of construction units based on BIM technology. Then the BIM technology is introduced into the project management, and the existing problems of schedule control, quality control and safety management in the current management system in the construction phase are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward based on the BIM technology. Finally, taking the application of BIM technology in the construction of Shengde Hospital in Henan Province as an example, the paper introduces the application of BIM technology in the early stage of construction, plane management, schedule control, quality control, safety management, and effectively accelerates the construction progress. It improves the quality of construction, controls the hidden danger of safety, and fully confirms the rationality and advantage of BIM technology in project management and guiding construction. The content of this paper is devoted to solving some problems existing in the process of project construction management, which is of great significance to the project management and guiding construction in the construction stage. It is hoped that the research conclusions of this paper can effectively enhance the productivity and competitiveness of construction units, and at the same time provide reference value for the popularization and application of BIM technology in construction units.
