【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟、信息的快速發(fā)展以及競爭形勢的日益激烈,企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理變得日益復雜,傳統(tǒng)固定模式的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營已經(jīng)不能適應多變的客戶需求,被項目化的經(jīng)營模式所逐漸取代�,F(xiàn)代企業(yè)從傳統(tǒng)的小加工作坊、勞動密集型制造企業(yè)、資本集中大型企業(yè)、逐漸轉變?yōu)橐灾R為核心競爭力的項目型企業(yè),知識管理在項目管理過程中的重要性越來越突出,得到了諸多大型企業(yè)廣泛重視。我國一些資金投入特別巨大、項目周期很長的項目,如核電建設項目,如何對項目知識管理體系進行設計從而對項目知識進行系統(tǒng)性管理,是企業(yè)迫切需要解決的問題。A公司作為典型的核電設備制造安裝公司,所從事的AP1000核電項目涉300余個設備模塊的現(xiàn)場安裝,復雜的工藝設計、巨大的工程量、繁雜的項目知識使得A公司AP1000項目知識存儲混亂、項目知識丟失現(xiàn)象頻繁發(fā)生、項目人員不能通過現(xiàn)有的A公司知識管理系統(tǒng)平臺直接獲取數(shù)據(jù),導致目前AP1000項目管理效率低下。這些問題使對A公司AP1000項目知識管理體系進行設計從而對項目知識進行系統(tǒng)性管理的需求越來越迫切。項目知識管理體系是指項目人員利用包含技術和人文背景的知識系統(tǒng)對知識活動進行管理從而實現(xiàn)個人與組織知識不斷積累和創(chuàng)新的管理體系。本文先介紹分析了國內外項目知識管理相關理論,介紹了目前國內外相關理論研究之間的差距。然后在剖析A公司AP1000項目現(xiàn)狀的基礎上指出其AP1000項目知識管理存在系統(tǒng)性、接續(xù)性和實用性不強的問題,分析得出問題的成因在于缺乏系統(tǒng)的項目知識管理平臺和管理組織。目前,國內現(xiàn)有項目知識管理研究在管理措施的全面性和深入性研究方面還存在不足,本文在遵循綜合經(jīng)濟性、實用性及隱性知識最大顯性化三大原則的前提下,從知識管理體系基礎支撐和過程管控兩個緯度提出了AP1000項目知識管理體系設計方案。設計了包括組織結構、信息平臺和文化建設的項目知識管理體系基礎支撐方案,在此基礎上構建了包括知識獲取、知識儲存、知識分享、知識應用、知識創(chuàng)新的五大過程管控方案。針對AP1000項目知識管理存在的問題及成因,著重研究了信息平臺設計方案和知識應用方案選擇方法。最后為了保證AP1000項目知識管理體系的健康運行,提出包括人力資源、管理制度和系統(tǒng)建設資金方面的保障措施。
[Abstract]:With the global economy, the rapid development of information and the increasingly fierce competition situation, business management has become increasingly complex, the traditional fixed mode of production and management has been unable to adapt to the changing needs of customers. Gradually replaced by the project business model. From traditional small processing workshops, labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises and large enterprises with concentrated capital, modern enterprises have gradually changed into project-based enterprises with knowledge as the core competitiveness. The importance of knowledge management in the process of project management is becoming more and more prominent. Got a lot of large enterprises to pay attention to widely. Some of our country's capital investment is especially huge, the project cycle is very long, for example, the nuclear power construction project, how to carry on the design to the project knowledge management system to carry on the systematic management to the project knowledge, As a typical nuclear power equipment manufacturing and installation company, the AP1000 nuclear power project involves the on-site installation of more than 300 equipment modules, complex process design, and huge engineering volume. The complicated project knowledge causes the AP1000 project knowledge storage confusion, the project knowledge loss phenomenon frequently occurs, the project personnel cannot obtain the data directly through the existing A company knowledge management system platform. The current AP1000 project management efficiency is low. These problems make it more and more urgent to design the AP1000 project knowledge management system of company A and to systematically manage the project knowledge. The project knowledge management system refers to the management system that the project personnel use the knowledge system which includes the technology and the humanities background to manage the knowledge activity so as to realize the individual and the organization knowledge to accumulate unceasingly and the innovation management system. This paper first introduces and analyzes the relevant theories of project knowledge management at home and abroad, and introduces the gap between relevant theories at home and abroad. Then on the basis of analyzing the present situation of AP1000 project in company A, the author points out that the knowledge management of AP1000 project is systematic, continuous and practical, and the reason of the problem lies in the lack of systematic project knowledge management platform and management organization. At present, the existing research on project knowledge management in China still has some shortcomings in the comprehensive and in-depth study of management measures. This paper follows the three principles of comprehensive economy, practicability and the maximum dominance of tacit knowledge, under the premise of following the three principles: comprehensive economy, practicability and maximum dominance of tacit knowledge. This paper puts forward the design scheme of knowledge management system of AP1000 project from two aspects of knowledge management system foundation support and process control. The basic supporting scheme of knowledge management system including organization structure, information platform and culture construction is designed, which includes knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, etc. Five process control schemes of knowledge innovation. Aiming at the problems and causes of knowledge management in AP1000 project, this paper focuses on the design scheme of information platform and the method of selecting knowledge application scheme. Finally, in order to ensure the healthy operation of AP1000 project knowledge management system, this paper puts forward the safeguard measures including human resources, management system and system construction funds.
