基于BIM的施工進(jìn)度管理和成本控制研究

【摘要】:進(jìn)度管理和成本控制是建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目在施工階段的一項(xiàng)重要的管理工作,先進(jìn)的管理理念和合理的控制辦法是提升項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益的關(guān)鍵。對(duì)一些建筑規(guī)模較大的工程而言,科學(xué)的管理辦法對(duì)項(xiàng)目的高效管理起到非常重要的作用。由于大型工程施工難度大,建設(shè)周期長(zhǎng),作業(yè)人員多,所以在項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施階段將會(huì)面臨許多關(guān)于進(jìn)度和成本方面的問(wèn)題。本文以BIM在工程中的應(yīng)用為基礎(chǔ),探討此類問(wèn)題的解決途徑。BIM技術(shù)(Building Information Modelling,BIM)在工程項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用,給建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的合理組織和高效管理帶來(lái)了新的契機(jī)與希望。BIM作為一種能夠創(chuàng)建和利用信息化模型的新技術(shù),它為工程項(xiàng)目提供了一個(gè)現(xiàn)代化技術(shù)信息平臺(tái),BIM以其操作智能化,信息集成化,顯現(xiàn)數(shù)字化等特點(diǎn)為各參建單位創(chuàng)建了一個(gè)便于溝通的信息樞紐。近幾年通過(guò)對(duì)BIM技術(shù)的大力推廣,促進(jìn)了我國(guó)建設(shè)領(lǐng)域的良好發(fā)展。本論文通過(guò)應(yīng)用Revit相關(guān)軟件對(duì)項(xiàng)目信息模型進(jìn)行創(chuàng)建并應(yīng)用Navisworks軟件及Project軟件對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行模擬分析,嘗試性解決建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目在實(shí)施階段所出現(xiàn)的進(jìn)度管理與成本控制相關(guān)問(wèn)題。本論文結(jié)合實(shí)例分析了BIM技術(shù)在我國(guó)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,并通過(guò)預(yù)計(jì)BIM的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),分析BIM技術(shù)在我國(guó)建筑領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用中所出現(xiàn)的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法分析了基于BIM的新型組織管理模式,同時(shí)以此為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)及應(yīng)用實(shí)例,分析研究BIM技術(shù)在工程中的應(yīng)用程度與為該項(xiàng)目帶來(lái)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益之間的關(guān)系。作為工程領(lǐng)域的新技術(shù)之一,對(duì)BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行深入研究和擴(kuò)大化應(yīng)用具有重大意義。
[Abstract]:Schedule management and cost control is an important management work in the construction stage of the construction project. Advanced management idea and reasonable control method are the key to enhance the economic and social benefits of the project. For some large-scale construction projects, scientific management methods play a very important role in the efficient management of projects. Because the construction of large scale project is difficult, the construction period is long, and there are many operators, there will be many problems about the progress and cost in the implementation stage of the project. Based on the application of BIM in engineering, this paper discusses how to solve this problem. It brings new opportunities and hopes to the rational organization and efficient management of construction projects. As a new technology which can create and utilize the information model, BIM provides a modern technology information platform for engineering projects with its intelligent operation. The characteristics of information integration and digitalization create a convenient communication information hub for participating units. In recent years, the promotion of BIM technology has promoted the good development of China's construction field. In this paper, the project information model is created by using Revit software, and the Navisworks software and Project software are used to simulate and analyze the project to try to solve the related problems of schedule management and cost control in the implementation phase of the construction project. This paper analyzes the application status of BIM technology in our country with an example, and analyzes the key points and difficulties in the application of BIM technology in the construction field of our country by predicting the development trend of BIM. This paper analyzes the new organization and management model based on BIM by the method of literature research. At the same time, based on this, combining with relevant literature and application examples, The relationship between the degree of application of BIM technology in engineering and the economic benefits brought to the project is analyzed. As one of the new technologies in engineering field, it is of great significance to study and expand the application of BIM technology.
