DJZQ公司技術(shù)項(xiàng)目管理體系優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)步入新常態(tài)的發(fā)展時(shí)期,很多制造企業(yè)都經(jīng)歷著并購(gòu)重組。企業(yè)在并購(gòu)重組之后,管理體系的優(yōu)化是企業(yè)能夠長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展下去的關(guān)鍵。本文選取DJZQ公司這一家經(jīng)歷了重組之后的家用電機(jī)制造企業(yè),著眼于企業(yè)的技術(shù)項(xiàng)目管理體系的優(yōu)化,深入分析企業(yè)的技術(shù)項(xiàng)目管理體系中重組后的不足和問(wèn)題,制定出一套基于現(xiàn)有客觀條件的技術(shù)項(xiàng)目管理體系方案。本文以DJZQ公司的技術(shù)項(xiàng)目管理體系為研究對(duì)象,著力探討公司技術(shù)項(xiàng)目管理體系的優(yōu)化升級(jí)。文章首先研究了國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)技術(shù)項(xiàng)目管理體系的相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)。為DJZQ公司的技術(shù)項(xiàng)目管理體系的優(yōu)化奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,通過(guò)調(diào)查研究,歸納整理了DJZQ公司的實(shí)際情況和在經(jīng)歷了重組變革之后沿用的技術(shù)項(xiàng)目管理體系,從組織架構(gòu)、權(quán)責(zé)利設(shè)置、開發(fā)流程等方面系統(tǒng)分析了現(xiàn)有的技術(shù)項(xiàng)目管理體系在企業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況。再次,從技術(shù)管理架構(gòu)的重組、技術(shù)項(xiàng)目開發(fā)流程的優(yōu)化、重構(gòu)技術(shù)管理人員的權(quán)責(zé)利三方面優(yōu)化DJZQ公司技術(shù)管理體系,并對(duì)優(yōu)化后的管理體系進(jìn)行可行性分析。提出矩陣型的技術(shù)項(xiàng)目管理人員的組織架構(gòu),縱橫相結(jié)合的項(xiàng)目激勵(lì)制度,基于任務(wù)的控制開發(fā)流程等管理創(chuàng)新。最后,針對(duì)優(yōu)化的技術(shù)項(xiàng)目管理體系提出加強(qiáng)人才儲(chǔ)備建設(shè)、優(yōu)化績(jī)效考核體制、強(qiáng)化企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等多項(xiàng)可行實(shí)施保障措施,并對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In the development period of China's economy entering the new normal, many manufacturing enterprises are experiencing mergers and acquisitions. After M & A, the optimization of management system is the key to the long-term development of enterprises. In this paper, the author chooses DJZQ Company, a household motor manufacturing enterprise, after the reorganization, focusing on the optimization of the enterprise's technical project management system, and deeply analyzes the shortcomings and problems after the reorganization of the enterprise's technology project management system. A set of technical project management system based on existing objective conditions is developed. In this paper, the technology project management system of DJZQ Company is taken as the research object, and the optimization and upgrading of the technology project management system of the company are discussed. This paper first studies the related theories and literature about the technology project management system at home and abroad. It lays a theoretical foundation for the optimization of technical project management system of DJZQ Company. Secondly, through investigation and research, this paper summarizes the actual situation of DJZQ Company and the technical project management system used after the reorganization and transformation, from the organizational structure, the establishment of rights, responsibilities and interests, The development process and other aspects of the existing technical project management system in the process of enterprise development situation. Thirdly, this paper optimizes the technology management system of DJZQ Company from three aspects: the reorganization of the technology management framework, the optimization of the development process of the technology project, and the reconfiguration of the power, responsibility and interests of the technical managers, and the feasibility analysis of the optimized management system. This paper puts forward the management innovation of matrix type technical project manager's organization structure, the project incentive system combining the vertical and horizontal, and the task-based control development process. Finally, aiming at the optimized technology project management system, the author puts forward some feasible measures, such as strengthening the construction of talent reserve, optimizing the performance appraisal system, strengthening the construction of enterprise culture, and so on, and summarizes the full text.
