【摘要】：分析了宇航元器件應用驗證項目概念的內(nèi)涵,結(jié)合應用驗證項目屬性分析,闡釋了應用驗證項目管理理論體系框架,提出了應用驗證項目的組織架構(gòu)和工作模式,從全生命期管理、全要素管理、各利益相關方管理等方面分析了應用驗證項目管理方法的特色,并介紹了宇航元器件應用驗證項目管理在目前階段的初步實踐經(jīng)驗,對后續(xù)工作提出了指導性意見。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the connotation of the concept of application verification project for aerospace components, explains the framework of application verification project management theory system, and puts forward the organization structure and working mode of application verification project, combining with the attribute analysis of application verification project. The characteristics of application verification project management methods are analyzed from aspects of whole life cycle management, full element management, and various stakeholders management, and the preliminary practical experience of aerospace components application verification project management at present stage is introduced. Some guiding suggestions are put forward for the follow-up work.
