央企ZXGA公司社區(qū)綜合服務(wù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制研究

【摘要】:項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理作為在一定預(yù)算和技術(shù)約束條件下如何對(duì)項(xiàng)目工期進(jìn)行安排和控制的管理手段,是項(xiàng)目能否取得成功的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)。而隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)形態(tài)的多樣化、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的大型化和復(fù)雜化都對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的計(jì)劃、控制和管理提出了更高的要求,傳統(tǒng)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制方法已很難滿足現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,亟需改變。如何提升項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理水平是新常態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)下企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展面臨的重要課題;诖,本文以項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制為研究對(duì)象,在相關(guān)理論梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際運(yùn)行情況分析項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的問(wèn)題與不足,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制理論和實(shí)務(wù)進(jìn)行比較深入地、創(chuàng)新性地研究;并對(duì)實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估,這些成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和管理工具對(duì)于我國(guó)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”類型項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制理論的研究具有借鑒意義和參考價(jià)值。本文的研究思路是:“概念梳理—理論指導(dǎo)—現(xiàn)狀考察—問(wèn)題剖析—路徑改造—效果評(píng)價(jià)—結(jié)論展望”。基于上述思路邏輯,本文首先完成論文的相關(guān)概念梳理和理論指導(dǎo),在對(duì)選題背景意義及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的研究基礎(chǔ)上,主要闡述了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)概念及相關(guān)理論,項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的原則、內(nèi)容和過(guò)程,以及工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)(WBS)相關(guān)理論概述,為全文研究提供理論支撐;其次,在介紹了項(xiàng)目的整體情況的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了該項(xiàng)目在項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方面的現(xiàn)狀,并著重剖析該項(xiàng)目存在的問(wèn)題,為后文項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理路徑改造提供研究思路;再次,對(duì)央企ZXGA公司社區(qū)綜合服務(wù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的方案進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。主要針對(duì)該項(xiàng)目存在的問(wèn)題,本章重新對(duì)該項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制,具體包括使用工作分解結(jié)構(gòu)(WBS)方法對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行分解,使用項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度報(bào)告等工具對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行重新編制,并確定項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,并加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的組織與實(shí)施。具體包括項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的過(guò)程優(yōu)化、使用方法以及保障舉措的制定,確保項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度能夠有效的組織和實(shí)施;最后,對(duì)央企ZXGA公司社區(qū)綜合服務(wù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理改造的效果進(jìn)行評(píng)估,主要通過(guò)改造前后項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)效果的情況,進(jìn)行分析評(píng)估項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理方案改造的有效性。
[Abstract]:Project schedule management, as a management method of how to arrange and control the project duration under certain budget and technical constraints, is the key to the success of the project. With the rapid development of Internet technology, the diversification of business forms, the large-scale and complicated construction of the project, the planning, control and management of the project schedule have put forward higher requirements. The traditional method of project schedule control has been difficult to meet the actual needs and needs to be changed. How to improve the level of project schedule management is an important issue for the survival and development of enterprises in the new normal economy. Based on this, this paper takes the project schedule control as the research object, on the basis of combing the relevant theories, according to the actual operation of the project, analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the project schedule control. The theory and practice of project schedule control are studied deeply and innovatively, and the effect of implementation is evaluated. These successful experiences and management tools have reference significance and reference value for the research of project schedule control theory of "Internet" type projects in China. The research idea of this paper is: "Conceptual combing-theoretical guidance-current situation investigation-problem analysis-path transformation-effect evaluation-conclusion outlook". Based on the above thinking logic, this paper firstly completes the related concepts and theoretical guidance of the thesis. On the basis of the research on the background significance of the topic and the research status at home and abroad, this paper mainly expounds the related concepts and theories of project schedule management. The principle, content and process of project schedule control, as well as the work breakdown structure (WBSs), provide theoretical support for the whole research. Secondly, on the basis of introducing the overall situation of the project, This paper analyzes the current situation of the project schedule management, and analyzes the existing problems of the project, and provides the research ideas for the future project schedule management path transformation. To the central enterprise ZXGA company community comprehensive service project schedule management plan carries on the optimization. Aiming at the problems existing in the project, this chapter redesigns the progress plan of the project, including decomposing the project by using the method of work breakdown structure (WBS), recompiling the progress of the project using tools such as project progress report, etc. Make sure the project schedule is optimized, and strengthen the organization and implementation of project schedule control. Including the process optimization of project schedule control, usage methods and development of safeguard measures to ensure that the project schedule can be effectively organized and implemented; finally, This paper evaluates the effect of the progress management reform of the community comprehensive service project in ZXGA Company of the Central Enterprise, mainly through the economic effect of the project before and after the transformation, and analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of the project schedule management project reform.
