【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代計算機(jī)技術(shù)和通信技術(shù)的飛躍發(fā)展,社會信息化程度越來越高,信息技術(shù)已經(jīng)滲透到社會層面以及各個行業(yè)中。西南油氣田分公司物資公司監(jiān)造項目的目的是通過廣泛應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,使社會公眾想用更多的信息資源,提高科研、生產(chǎn)和管理的效率和能力,加快推薦物資產(chǎn)品現(xiàn)代化。本文通過分析當(dāng)前西南油氣田分公司項目管理經(jīng)理的工作實(shí)際,結(jié)合軟件工程理論與實(shí)際完成了系統(tǒng)的需求分析。為了實(shí)現(xiàn)信息資源的共享以及系統(tǒng)多用戶的需求,本系統(tǒng)采用B/S模式進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)開發(fā)。并對其中的主要模塊,包括工作流引擎、系統(tǒng)基本設(shè)置模塊、用戶管理模塊、現(xiàn)場代表模塊、業(yè)主公司負(fù)責(zé)人模塊、科室計量工程師模塊、行政審核模塊以及數(shù)據(jù)庫等進(jìn)行了設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)。完成后的系統(tǒng)主要的功能有系統(tǒng)基本設(shè)置模塊、用戶管理模塊、現(xiàn)場代表模塊、業(yè)主公司負(fù)責(zé)人模塊、科室計量工程師模塊、行政審核模塊、數(shù)據(jù)庫后臺管理模塊。西南油氣田分公司物資公司監(jiān)造項目管理系統(tǒng)的成功開發(fā),能夠有效提高西南油氣田分公司物資公司的工作質(zhì)量和工作效率,加強(qiáng)各個部門間的信息共享,從而提高行政的效率和效能。運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代建設(shè)管理理念建設(shè)一個工程全面、高實(shí)用性、高可維護(hù)性地西南油氣田分公司物資公司監(jiān)造項目管理系統(tǒng);結(jié)合具體本項目管理機(jī)構(gòu)的管理特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行量身定制,實(shí)現(xiàn)工程建設(shè)過程中業(yè)務(wù)綜合管理與分散管理:監(jiān)理電子化網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、遠(yuǎn)程化、移動化的項目管理辦公環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern computer technology and communication technology, the degree of social informatization is becoming higher and higher. Information technology has penetrated into the social level and various industries. The project supervised by the material Company of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company is to realize the upgrading of the production industry through the extensive application of modern information technology, so that the public wants to use more information resources to improve the efficiency and ability of scientific research, production and management. We will speed up the modernization of recommended materials and products. Based on the analysis of the actual work of the project management manager of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Branch, the system requirement analysis is completed by combining the theory and practice of software engineering. In order to realize the sharing of information resources and the needs of multi-users, the system adopts B / S mode to develop the system. And the main modules, including workflow engine, system basic setup module, user management module, field representative module, owner company responsible module, department measurement engineer module, The administrative audit module and database are designed and implemented. The main functions of the system after completion are system basic setup module, user management module, field representative module, owner company responsible module, department measurement engineer module, administrative audit module, database background management module. The successful development of the supervision project management system of the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Branch material Company can effectively improve the work quality and work efficiency of the Southwest Oil and Gas Field Branch material Company, and strengthen the information sharing among various departments. In order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the administration. Using the modern construction management concept to build a project comprehensive, high practicability and high maintainability supervision project management system of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Branch material Company, combining with the management characteristics of the specific project management organization to customize, In the process of engineering construction, the integrated management and decentralized management of business are realized: the project management office environment is electronic, remote and mobile.
