【摘要】：技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目是關(guān)系到火電廠平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行的重要項(xiàng)目,在實(shí)施改造的過程中,通過將項(xiàng)目管理和項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的思想貫穿其中,做到降低成本、縮短工期、提高項(xiàng)目可控性,對火電廠而言將是一筆巨大的收益。本文以神華店塔公司技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目為研究對象,首先對比了國內(nèi)外變頻改造技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)和發(fā)展情況,總結(jié)了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的理論和方法。其次,本文綜合運(yùn)用甘特圖、網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖等方法,對該項(xiàng)目的工序結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分解,分析和計算出了項(xiàng)目各項(xiàng)活動時間,制定了其進(jìn)度計劃,并依據(jù)活動單位成本對項(xiàng)目工期進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,得出的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計劃在合同要求的工期內(nèi)完工的概率由優(yōu)化前的9.7%提高到了87%,項(xiàng)目的完工率大大提高。再次,文章找出了影響項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的因素,施工質(zhì)量、施工安全、投資成本、施工技術(shù)四個因素是對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度影響最重要的因素,對這些因素要進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)控制。最后,本文分析了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計劃順利完成所應(yīng)采取的配套和保障措施,并對比了項(xiàng)目實(shí)際實(shí)施效果,結(jié)果表明經(jīng)過改造后的給水泵在節(jié)能,運(yùn)行效率等方面得到了大幅度的提升。本文的研究方法和成果可以對電廠變頻改造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的控制和項(xiàng)目的順利完成提供指導(dǎo),同時對于其他工程項(xiàng)目管理中的進(jìn)度計劃與控制問題也具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The technical transformation project is an important project related to the smooth operation of thermal power plant. In the process of implementing the transformation, the idea of project management and project schedule control is adopted to reduce the cost, shorten the time limit, and improve the controllability of the project. It will be a huge profit for the thermal power plant. In this paper, the technical transformation project of Shenhuadian Tower Company is taken as the research object. Firstly, the characteristics and development of frequency conversion technology at home and abroad are compared, and the theory and method of project schedule management are summarized. Secondly, this paper synthetically uses Gantt chart, network diagram and other methods to decompose the process structure of the project, analyze and calculate the time of each activity of the project, and draw up the progress plan of the project. According to the unit cost of the project, the project schedule is optimized, and the probability of completion of the project schedule is increased from 9.7% to 87%, and the completion rate of the project is greatly improved. Thirdly, the paper finds out the factors that affect the progress of the project, such as construction quality, construction safety, investment cost and construction technology, which are the most important factors affecting the progress of the project. Finally, this paper analyzes the supporting and safeguard measures to be taken in the successful completion of the project schedule, and compares the actual implementation results of the project. The results show that the improved feed water pump is energy-saving. Operational efficiency and other aspects have been greatly improved. The research methods and results of this paper can provide guidance for the control of frequency conversion project progress and the smooth completion of the project in power plant, and also have some reference significance for other project management progress planning and control problems.
