虎門(mén)二橋錨碇基礎(chǔ)施工質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控措施

【摘要】:根據(jù)國(guó)內(nèi)、外的經(jīng)驗(yàn)看,懸索橋作為大跨度橋梁的首選橋型,而已建成和在建的懸索橋錨碇基礎(chǔ)越來(lái)越多采用地連墻支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu);采用地連墻支護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)錨碇基礎(chǔ)涉及到地基處理,地連墻成槽、內(nèi)襯及土體開(kāi)挖,錨碇基礎(chǔ)的頂?shù)装宕篌w積混凝土施工、填芯混凝土等施工環(huán)節(jié),而且一般工期較長(zhǎng),施工過(guò)程中就容易在項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理上造成各種弊端,一旦出現(xiàn)事故,往往社會(huì)影響巨大,且勢(shì)必會(huì)對(duì)項(xiàng)目本身不管從人力、物力、財(cái)力還是其他資源上造成極大的損失。本文以虎門(mén)二橋項(xiàng)目錨碇基礎(chǔ)施工過(guò)程中的質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控為題進(jìn)行研究,以提升錨碇基礎(chǔ)施工過(guò)程中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制效率,降低企業(yè)施工質(zhì)量面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。本文針對(duì)的研究對(duì)象為虎門(mén)二橋錨碇基礎(chǔ)施工,其在項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理上面臨的問(wèn)題較多,包括同類(lèi)項(xiàng)目中普遍存在的技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(勘測(cè)、設(shè)計(jì)、基坑失穩(wěn)、施工、環(huán)境等風(fēng)險(xiǎn)),政策風(fēng)險(xiǎn)(政府政策、施工合同等)及其他風(fēng)險(xiǎn)問(wèn)題,如果不注意有效的防范,勢(shì)必造成嚴(yán)重的后果和后續(xù)投入更多資源進(jìn)行彌補(bǔ)。本文以該項(xiàng)目的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控和對(duì)策作為研究對(duì)象,研究采用項(xiàng)目管控方法,完善錨碇基礎(chǔ)的質(zhì)量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控設(shè)計(jì)和管理優(yōu)化,并使風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理和高效施工達(dá)到動(dòng)態(tài)的均衡。并以此促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)同類(lèi)錨碇基礎(chǔ)工程在項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐中使用,以不增加資源利用的項(xiàng)目管理方法,在確保質(zhì)量前提下、使工程項(xiàng)目高效推進(jìn),為企業(yè)節(jié)約資源。
[Abstract]:According to domestic and external experience, suspension bridge is the first choice of long-span bridge, and the anchor foundation of suspension bridge which has been built and is under construction is more and more used the ground connecting wall support structure, and the Anchorage foundation of the ground connecting wall support structure is related to the foundation treatment. The construction links such as grooving, lining and soil excavation, mass concrete construction of roof and bottom slab of Anchorage foundation, core-filled concrete and so on, and generally long construction period, will easily lead to various disadvantages in project risk management during construction. In the event of an accident, the social impact is often enormous, and it will inevitably cause great losses to the project itself in terms of manpower, material resources, financial resources and other resources. In this paper, the quality risk prevention and control in the construction of the Anchorage foundation of Humen No.2 Bridge Project is studied in order to improve the efficiency of the risk control during the construction of the Anchorage Foundation and to reduce the risk faced by the construction quality of the enterprise. The research object of this paper is the Anchorage foundation construction of Humen No.2 Bridge, which is faced with many problems in project risk management, including the technical risks (survey, design, foundation pit instability, construction, etc. Environmental risk, policy risk (government policy, construction contract, etc.) and other risk problems, if we do not pay attention to effective prevention, will inevitably cause serious consequences and the subsequent investment of more resources to make up for it. This paper takes the risk prevention and control and countermeasures of the project as the research object, studies the project management and control method, consummates the quality risk prevention and control design and the management optimization of the Anchorage foundation, and makes the risk management and the efficient construction achieve the dynamic balance. In order to promote the similar Anchorage foundation engineering in our country to be used in the project practice, in order not to increase the resource utilization of the project management method, under the premise of ensuring the quality, the project can be advanced efficiently and save the resources for the enterprise.
