【摘要】:隨著新時代的發(fā)展,計算機技術(shù)得到了普遍應(yīng)用,如今具備一個成熟的IT運維支撐體系,提高對IT運維管理的質(zhì)量,實現(xiàn)高效、快捷、便利的運維管理,已經(jīng)成為時代共同的需求。山東大學(xué)IT運維支撐系統(tǒng)在提高山東大學(xué)自身的IT服務(wù)效率、建立起適應(yīng)業(yè)務(wù)環(huán)境的運維模式、提高自動化操作以及提高維護效率以及改善服務(wù)質(zhì)量等,將會起著非常重要的作用。IT運維支撐系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)采用選用B/S模式,利用Java語言對其底層代碼進行設(shè)計,并利用MVC設(shè)計模型將整個系統(tǒng)劃分為視圖層、模型層以及控制層。在對系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)進行設(shè)計時,該系統(tǒng)選用J2EE架構(gòu)設(shè)計模型,利用hibernate、struts等框架技術(shù)完成對系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)的設(shè)計。在對系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫進行設(shè)計時,采用SQL SERVER 2012。山東大學(xué)IT運維支撐系統(tǒng)劃分的模塊有運維基礎(chǔ)信息管理模塊、設(shè)備與軟件管理模塊、服務(wù)臺管理模塊、項目管理模塊,其中運維基礎(chǔ)信息管理模塊中實現(xiàn)的功能有單位聯(lián)系人信息管理、校區(qū)樓宇信息管理、會議室管理等;在設(shè)備與軟件管理模塊中實現(xiàn)的功能有設(shè)備配件集群管理、軟件系統(tǒng)管理、IP地址管理、已報廢設(shè)備軟件系統(tǒng)管理等;服務(wù)臺管理模塊中實現(xiàn)的功能有用戶崗位職責(zé)管理、添加工單、維修任務(wù)工單管理、個人工單管理、查找工單、服務(wù)臺標(biāo)簽云查看、服務(wù)臺統(tǒng)計;在項目管理模塊中實現(xiàn)的功能有項目管理、負(fù)責(zé)的任務(wù)管理、負(fù)責(zé)的里程碑管理、文檔管理、發(fā)起的討論管理、項目動態(tài)管理。IT運維支撐系統(tǒng)投入運行后,能夠有效的提高運維的質(zhì)量,真正的實現(xiàn)高效、零消耗的運維。不僅如此,該系統(tǒng)在提升組織內(nèi)IT服務(wù)方面,也有很大的優(yōu)勢。

The IT operation and maintenance support system of Shandong University can improve the IT service efficiency of Shandong University, establish the operation and maintenance mode adapted to the business environment, improve the automation operation, improve the maintenance efficiency and improve the service quality, etc. The development of IT operation and maintenance support system is based on B / S mode. The bottom code is designed by Java language, and the whole system is divided into view layer, model layer and control layer by using MVC design model. In the design of the system architecture, the system uses J2EE architecture design model, using hibernatestruts and other framework technology to complete the design of the system architecture. When designing the database of the system, we adopt SQL SERVER 20122. The modules of IT operation and maintenance support system of Shandong University include operation and maintenance basic information management module, equipment and software management module, help desk management module, project management module, Among them, the functions realized in the basic information management module of operation and maintenance include unit contact information management, campus building information management, conference room management and so on, and the functions realized in the equipment and software management module include equipment accessories cluster management, Software system management IP address management, abandoned equipment software system management, etc. The functions of the help desk management module include user post responsibility management, add work order, maintenance task order management, individual manual management, search work order, etc. The functions implemented in the project management module include project management, responsible task management, responsible milestone management, document management, discussion management initiated, etc. After the project dynamic management.IT operation and maintenance support system is put into operation, it can effectively improve the quality of operation and maintenance, and realize the real high efficiency and zero consumption operation and maintenance. Not only that, the system in the promotion of IT services within the organization, also has a great advantage.
