【摘要】:鑒于現(xiàn)代社會(huì)及經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展速率,在城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的推動(dòng)下,我國(guó)建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展也有著驚人的增長(zhǎng)速度。伴隨著整個(gè)建筑行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,項(xiàng)目管理水平在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)也呈現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)步上升的態(tài)勢(shì),前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇也帶來(lái)了不可避免的沖擊和挑戰(zhàn)。企業(yè)及工程項(xiàng)目信息化管理是建筑企業(yè)規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、收集有效信息、高效整合資源、提高管理效率、完善管理漏洞、加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控、減少信息多層傳遞衰竭、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有效手段,甚至能夠成為大數(shù)據(jù)分析的強(qiáng)有力基礎(chǔ)。建筑類(lèi)企業(yè)在高質(zhì)量、短工期、低造價(jià)的建筑產(chǎn)品上的成績(jī)決定了企業(yè)是否能夠在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗。充分運(yùn)用基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)下的信息技術(shù)將成為建筑企業(yè)的又一核心生產(chǎn)力,提高信息化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用廣度和深度將成為建筑企業(yè)的又一核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。在日益成熟并高度普及的網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)上建立相匹配的的管理系統(tǒng),將為面臨著更加激烈市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的中國(guó)建筑企業(yè)帶來(lái)新的生命力,也是國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀同業(yè)集團(tuán)發(fā)展歷程的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)。在國(guó)家高度重視我國(guó)各行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展的情況下,各行業(yè)管理部門(mén)或企業(yè)自身均大力投入在行業(yè)上下游及內(nèi)部綜合管理信息化應(yīng)用。通過(guò)比較可見(jiàn),中國(guó)建筑行業(yè)信息化程度較國(guó)際前列水平有一定差距。而先進(jìn)的管理模式和信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用在網(wǎng)絡(luò)硬件基礎(chǔ)和軟件合理開(kāi)發(fā)下,應(yīng)用程度的差別、應(yīng)用效率的差別對(duì)于企業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目綜合管理和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著重大的影響。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)水平、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)況和更新效率的對(duì)比和分析可以看出,我國(guó)在建筑行業(yè)信息化推進(jìn)中的現(xiàn)有一定的成果和缺失。本文著重在行業(yè)特點(diǎn)基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外建筑業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理主要內(nèi)容,闡明了信息化推進(jìn)完善工作對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)建筑企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的重要意義。對(duì)建筑企業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目綜合管理信息化平臺(tái)建設(shè)的前期準(zhǔn)備、要點(diǎn)難度、基本要素、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、保障制度、基本運(yùn)行、后期維護(hù)的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了研究和探討。重點(diǎn)通過(guò)對(duì)北京BU集團(tuán)公司在信息化建設(shè)中,自計(jì)劃、合作開(kāi)發(fā)、推進(jìn)完善、落實(shí)運(yùn)行至維護(hù)升級(jí)過(guò)程中的幾個(gè)重點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)模塊的專(zhuān)項(xiàng)研究,分析了其主要職能和業(yè)務(wù)流程,明確了建筑企業(yè)工程項(xiàng)目綜合管理信息化核心內(nèi)容。著重對(duì)T平臺(tái)下企業(yè)綜合信息系統(tǒng)集成應(yīng)用平臺(tái)開(kāi)發(fā)構(gòu)架、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和具有代表性的模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行描述分析,同時(shí)選擇用戶(hù)界面體系設(shè)計(jì)和差異平臺(tái)間的同步流程的功能實(shí)現(xiàn)為側(cè)重進(jìn)行介紹和說(shuō)明,為今后的相關(guān)研究提供了基礎(chǔ)材料,大型建筑企業(yè)經(jīng)過(guò)開(kāi)發(fā)研究,在實(shí)踐過(guò)程中保留的經(jīng)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)作為具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值的資料,對(duì)未來(lái)的有關(guān)研究,具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In view of the development rate of modern society and economy, the construction industry of our country also has an astonishing growth speed under the impetus of urbanization construction. With the rapid development of the whole construction industry, the level of project management has also shown a steady rise in the national scope, unprecedented development opportunities have also brought the inevitable impact and challenges. Information management of enterprises and engineering projects is the standard of construction enterprises. It collects effective information, integrates resources efficiently, improves management efficiency, improves management loopholes, strengthens risk prevention and control, and reduces the failure of multi-layer transmission of information. The effective means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises can even become a strong basis for big data analysis. The achievement of construction enterprises in high quality, short construction period and low cost determines whether they can stand in the fierce market competition. Making full use of the information technology based on the network platform will become another core productivity of the construction enterprises, and improving the application breadth and depth of the information technology will become another core competitiveness of the construction enterprises. The establishment of matching management system on the basis of increasingly mature and highly popular network will bring new vitality to Chinese construction enterprises facing more fierce market competition, and it will also be a summary of the experience of the development of domestic and foreign excellent industry groups. Under the condition that the country attaches great importance to the development of informationization in various industries in our country, each industry management department or enterprise itself has invested vigorously in the application of information technology in the upstream and downstream of the industry as well as in the internal comprehensive management. Through comparison, China's construction industry information level compared with the international front-row level has a certain gap. The application of advanced management mode and information technology in the network hardware and software reasonable development, the application degree difference, the application efficiency difference has the important influence to the enterprise engineering project comprehensive management and the market competition ability. Through the comparison and analysis of domestic technology level, application status and renewal efficiency, it can be seen that there are some achievements and deficiencies in the construction industry informatization in our country. Based on the characteristics of the industry and the main contents of project management in the construction industry at home and abroad, this paper expounds the significance of promoting and improving the competitiveness of domestic construction enterprises by using information technology. In this paper, the preparation, difficulty, basic elements, structure design, guarantee system, basic operation and maintenance of the information platform for comprehensive management of engineering projects in construction enterprises are studied and discussed. The main functions and business processes of Beijing BU Group Company are analyzed through the special research on several key business modules in the informatization construction of Beijing BU Group Company, which are self-planning, co-developing, promoting and perfecting, and running to the maintenance and upgrading process. The core content of construction enterprise project comprehensive management informationization is clarified. The development framework, system design and representative module realization of the integrated application platform of enterprise integrated information system based on T platform are described and analyzed. At the same time, the design of user interface system and the function realization of synchronization process between different platforms are selected as the emphasis of introduction and explanation, which provides the basic materials for future research. The empirical data retained in the course of practice, as the data with practical application value, have certain reference value to the related research in the future.
