【摘要】:鑒于現(xiàn)代社會及經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展速率,在城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的推動下,我國建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展也有著驚人的增長速度。伴隨著整個建筑行業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,項目管理水平在全國范圍內(nèi)也呈現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)步上升的態(tài)勢,前所未有的發(fā)展機遇也帶來了不可避免的沖擊和挑戰(zhàn)。企業(yè)及工程項目信息化管理是建筑企業(yè)規(guī)范標準、收集有效信息、高效整合資源、提高管理效率、完善管理漏洞、加強風險防控、減少信息多層傳遞衰竭、增強企業(yè)競爭力的有效手段,甚至能夠成為大數(shù)據(jù)分析的強有力基礎(chǔ)。建筑類企業(yè)在高質(zhì)量、短工期、低造價的建筑產(chǎn)品上的成績決定了企業(yè)是否能夠在激烈的市場競爭中立于不敗。充分運用基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺下的信息技術(shù)將成為建筑企業(yè)的又一核心生產(chǎn)力,提高信息化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用廣度和深度將成為建筑企業(yè)的又一核心競爭力。在日益成熟并高度普及的網(wǎng)絡(luò)基礎(chǔ)上建立相匹配的的管理系統(tǒng),將為面臨著更加激烈市場競爭的中國建筑企業(yè)帶來新的生命力,也是國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀同業(yè)集團發(fā)展歷程的經(jīng)驗總結(jié)。在國家高度重視我國各行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展的情況下,各行業(yè)管理部門或企業(yè)自身均大力投入在行業(yè)上下游及內(nèi)部綜合管理信息化應(yīng)用。通過比較可見,中國建筑行業(yè)信息化程度較國際前列水平有一定差距。而先進的管理模式和信息技術(shù)的應(yīng)用在網(wǎng)絡(luò)硬件基礎(chǔ)和軟件合理開發(fā)下,應(yīng)用程度的差別、應(yīng)用效率的差別對于企業(yè)工程項目綜合管理和市場競爭力有著重大的影響。通過對國內(nèi)技術(shù)水平、應(yīng)用現(xiàn)況和更新效率的對比和分析可以看出,我國在建筑行業(yè)信息化推進中的現(xiàn)有一定的成果和缺失。本文著重在行業(yè)特點基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外建筑業(yè)項目管理主要內(nèi)容,闡明了信息化推進完善工作對國內(nèi)建筑企業(yè)競爭力提升的重要意義。對建筑企業(yè)工程項目綜合管理信息化平臺建設(shè)的前期準備、要點難度、基本要素、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、保障制度、基本運行、后期維護的主要內(nèi)容進行了研究和探討。重點通過對北京BU集團公司在信息化建設(shè)中,自計劃、合作開發(fā)、推進完善、落實運行至維護升級過程中的幾個重點業(yè)務(wù)模塊的專項研究,分析了其主要職能和業(yè)務(wù)流程,明確了建筑企業(yè)工程項目綜合管理信息化核心內(nèi)容。著重對T平臺下企業(yè)綜合信息系統(tǒng)集成應(yīng)用平臺開發(fā)構(gòu)架、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計和具有代表性的模塊實現(xiàn)進行描述分析,同時選擇用戶界面體系設(shè)計和差異平臺間的同步流程的功能實現(xiàn)為側(cè)重進行介紹和說明,為今后的相關(guān)研究提供了基礎(chǔ)材料,大型建筑企業(yè)經(jīng)過開發(fā)研究,在實踐過程中保留的經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù)作為具有實際應(yīng)用價值的資料,對未來的有關(guān)研究,具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:In view of the development rate of modern society and economy, the construction industry of our country also has an astonishing growth speed under the impetus of urbanization construction. With the rapid development of the whole construction industry, the level of project management has also shown a steady rise in the national scope, unprecedented development opportunities have also brought the inevitable impact and challenges. Information management of enterprises and engineering projects is the standard of construction enterprises. It collects effective information, integrates resources efficiently, improves management efficiency, improves management loopholes, strengthens risk prevention and control, and reduces the failure of multi-layer transmission of information. The effective means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises can even become a strong basis for big data analysis. The achievement of construction enterprises in high quality, short construction period and low cost determines whether they can stand in the fierce market competition. Making full use of the information technology based on the network platform will become another core productivity of the construction enterprises, and improving the application breadth and depth of the information technology will become another core competitiveness of the construction enterprises. The establishment of matching management system on the basis of increasingly mature and highly popular network will bring new vitality to Chinese construction enterprises facing more fierce market competition, and it will also be a summary of the experience of the development of domestic and foreign excellent industry groups. Under the condition that the country attaches great importance to the development of informationization in various industries in our country, each industry management department or enterprise itself has invested vigorously in the application of information technology in the upstream and downstream of the industry as well as in the internal comprehensive management. Through comparison, China's construction industry information level compared with the international front-row level has a certain gap. The application of advanced management mode and information technology in the network hardware and software reasonable development, the application degree difference, the application efficiency difference has the important influence to the enterprise engineering project comprehensive management and the market competition ability. Through the comparison and analysis of domestic technology level, application status and renewal efficiency, it can be seen that there are some achievements and deficiencies in the construction industry informatization in our country. Based on the characteristics of the industry and the main contents of project management in the construction industry at home and abroad, this paper expounds the significance of promoting and improving the competitiveness of domestic construction enterprises by using information technology. In this paper, the preparation, difficulty, basic elements, structure design, guarantee system, basic operation and maintenance of the information platform for comprehensive management of engineering projects in construction enterprises are studied and discussed. The main functions and business processes of Beijing BU Group Company are analyzed through the special research on several key business modules in the informatization construction of Beijing BU Group Company, which are self-planning, co-developing, promoting and perfecting, and running to the maintenance and upgrading process. The core content of construction enterprise project comprehensive management informationization is clarified. The development framework, system design and representative module realization of the integrated application platform of enterprise integrated information system based on T platform are described and analyzed. At the same time, the design of user interface system and the function realization of synchronization process between different platforms are selected as the emphasis of introduction and explanation, which provides the basic materials for future research. The empirical data retained in the course of practice, as the data with practical application value, have certain reference value to the related research in the future.
