六西格瑪在G公司MX150項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:六西格瑪在質(zhì)量管理方法方面主要是借鑒了全面質(zhì)量管理的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),對顧客為核心的顧客滿意理論、以人為本的現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)管理理論等也有不同程度的吸納。同時(shí),六西格瑪也是企業(yè)對核心競爭力提高的良好辦法,更是從本質(zhì)上解決問題的良好辦法。近些年六西格瑪質(zhì)量管理理論在項(xiàng)目管理中的應(yīng)用日益增加,對于有效實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理目標(biāo)起到了越來越大的作用。本文首先介紹了六西格瑪管理和項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)概念,然后對六西格瑪管理方法在項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的過程中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)做以詳細(xì)介紹,為后文的案例分析提供了相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)。最后,以六西格瑪項(xiàng)目管理理論在G公司MX150項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)用為例,研究六西格瑪理論的實(shí)際運(yùn)用情況。該部分從六西格瑪項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行體系的建立,項(xiàng)目的選取,六西格瑪工具的應(yīng)用(測量系統(tǒng)分析、失效模式分析、要因圖、柏拉圖等),最終項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施成功,并通過對項(xiàng)目實(shí)施前后各項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)的對比分析,得出了六西格瑪項(xiàng)目管理體系能行之有效地提高現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的核心競爭力的結(jié)論。筆者試圖在理論研究基礎(chǔ)之上,通過介紹分析六西格瑪體系在G公司MX150項(xiàng)目中的實(shí)施情況,搭建六西格瑪項(xiàng)目管理體系,明確六西格瑪DMAIC方法在具體項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用及步驟,以期能對六西格瑪項(xiàng)目管理在國內(nèi)制造企業(yè)的推廣和實(shí)施有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Six Sigma mainly draws lessons from the successful experience of total quality management in the aspect of quality management, and absorbs the customer satisfaction theory with customer as the core and the modern economic management theory based on people as the core. At the same time, six Sigma is also a good way to improve the core competence of enterprises, but also a good way to solve the problem in essence. In recent years, the application of six Sigma quality management theory in project management is increasing, which plays a more and more important role in the effective realization of project quality management goals. This paper first introduces the related concepts of six Sigma management and project management, and then makes a detailed introduction of each link of six Sigma management methods in the process of project implementation, which provides the relevant theoretical basis for the case study later. Finally, taking the application of six Sigma project management theory in MX150 project of G Company as an example, the practical application of six sigma theory is studied. This part starts with the establishment of the six Sigma project execution system, the selection of the project, the application of the six Sigma tools (measurement system analysis, failure mode analysis, due to diagram, Plato, etc.) and the successful implementation of the project. Through the comparative analysis of the key performance indexes before and after the implementation of the project, the conclusion is drawn that the six Sigma project management system can effectively improve the core competitiveness of modern enterprises. On the basis of theoretical research, the author tries to introduce and analyze the implementation of six Sigma system in G Company's MX150 project, build a six sigma project management system, and clarify the application and steps of six Sigma DMAIC method in specific projects. It can be used for reference in the promotion and implementation of six Sigma project management in domestic manufacturing enterprises.
