【摘要】：伴隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)市場化和國際化進(jìn)程的加快，企業(yè)之間的競爭內(nèi)容越來越多樣化，競爭的空間越來越廣，競爭也越來越激烈。建筑企業(yè)在我國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中，已經(jīng)是一種傳統(tǒng)性的產(chǎn)業(yè)，更是我國的一項(xiàng)支柱性的產(chǎn)業(yè)，建筑企業(yè)的規(guī)模和內(nèi)容已經(jīng)有了相當(dāng)大的轉(zhuǎn)變。 在當(dāng)前形勢下，我國的房屋建筑企業(yè)將要承擔(dān)著很多壓力，但是建筑企業(yè)要在這個競爭激烈的市場上生存和發(fā)展，就必須要有一定的管理模式，建筑企業(yè)在市場中如何更好的生存與發(fā)展很大程度上要受到這方面的影響。房屋建筑企業(yè)的房屋建筑項(xiàng)目施工的管理模式對于提高企業(yè)管理水平、促使企業(yè)提高凝聚力具有重要作用。 房屋建筑項(xiàng)目施工管理是一個復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程，我國的建筑企業(yè)與國外的多數(shù)房屋建筑企業(yè)相比，在項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場管理方面還不夠重視。本文就是在此背景下，通過經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析法和政策模擬法，實(shí)證歸納總結(jié)出了現(xiàn)階段我國房屋建筑企業(yè)項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場管理的現(xiàn)狀，并且發(fā)現(xiàn)了可能存在的一系列問題；之后，提出了系統(tǒng)性地改善項(xiàng)目施工戰(zhàn)略管理工作的方法；最后，本文還對提出的改善方案進(jìn)行了效果評估和分析。 鑒于此，本研究在文獻(xiàn)資料法、經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析法以及政策模擬法的基礎(chǔ)上，首先，對房屋建筑項(xiàng)目戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)概念和內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行了較為清晰地界定；其次，依據(jù)實(shí)際工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和調(diào)研資料，分析和找出房屋建筑項(xiàng)目施工管理的現(xiàn)狀以及可能存在的問題，并對其產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行追蹤；最后，在問題導(dǎo)向型思維驅(qū)使下，本研究并對項(xiàng)目施工管理中存在的問題進(jìn)行逐一提出相應(yīng)對策建議，以期提高房屋建筑項(xiàng)目管理的有效性。 因此，，通過實(shí)證分析可以看出：無論是從理論層面還是現(xiàn)實(shí)操作層面，我國現(xiàn)階段的房屋建筑企業(yè)的施工現(xiàn)場管理相較于國外仍然存在較大差距，并且在施工項(xiàng)目管理方面認(rèn)識不足，涉及到的依然很少；通過經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析和實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)可以看出，目前建筑施工項(xiàng)目管理中存在的問題主要在項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)管理、項(xiàng)目商務(wù)管理和項(xiàng)目文化管理中，且推進(jìn)一系列的改善方案是由必要的；針對建筑項(xiàng)目施工中存在的管理問題，本研究也相應(yīng)地提出了消除生產(chǎn)浪費(fèi)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化進(jìn)度管理、優(yōu)化技術(shù)以及優(yōu)化工藝流程等多種改善施工項(xiàng)目中問題的方法；建筑企業(yè)的建筑項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場管理仍是一個比較棘手的問題，只有在多方共同參與下，并且建筑企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工共同配合下，才能進(jìn)行了比較流暢。因此，上述改善對策也需要在各方良好溝通和參與下才能更好的發(fā)揮作用。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the process of marketization and internationalization of economy in China, the content of competition among enterprises is becoming more and more diversified, the space of competition is becoming wider and wider, and the competition is becoming more and more fierce. Construction enterprises in the economic development of our country, has been a traditional industry, but also a pillar industry in China, the scale and content of the construction enterprises have undergone considerable changes. Under the current situation, the housing construction enterprises in our country will bear a lot of pressure. However, in order to survive and develop in this competitive market, construction enterprises must have a certain management mode. Construction enterprises in the market how to better survive and development to a large extent affected by this aspect. The management mode of the building construction project in the building construction enterprise plays an important role in improving the management level of the enterprise and promoting the cohesion of the enterprise. The construction management of building construction project is a complex system engineering. Compared with most foreign building construction enterprises, the construction enterprises in our country pay less attention to the project construction site management. Under this background, through empirical analysis and policy simulation, this paper summarizes the present situation of construction site management of housing construction enterprises in our country, and finds a series of possible problems. The method of systematically improving the construction strategy management of the project is put forward, and finally, the effect evaluation and analysis of the proposed improvement scheme are carried out. In view of this, this research on the basis of literature, empirical analysis and policy simulation, first of all, the concept and connotation of strategic management of housing construction project is clearly defined; secondly, According to the actual work experience and research data, the paper analyzes and finds out the present situation and possible problems of the construction management of housing construction projects, and tracks the causes of the problems. Finally, driven by problem-oriented thinking, In order to improve the effectiveness of the project management, the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions one by one for the problems existing in the project construction management. Therefore, through the empirical analysis, we can see that there is still a big gap between the construction site management of the building construction enterprises in our country and foreign countries, whether from the theory level or the practical operation level. And in the construction project management, the lack of understanding, involving is still very few; through empirical analysis and empirical testing, we can see that the existing problems in the construction project management are mainly in the project production management, It is necessary to promote a series of improvement programs in project business management and project culture management. Optimizing technology and optimizing process flow and other methods to improve the problems in construction projects; construction project construction site management of construction enterprises is still a more difficult problem, only with the participation of many parties, And the construction enterprise staff cooperation, can be more smooth. Therefore, the above improvement measures also need good communication and participation in order to play a better role.
