【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和交流的逐步提升，中國(guó)與各國(guó)間的項(xiàng)目交流日益增多。項(xiàng)目管理特別是先進(jìn)的項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)的引入，使得項(xiàng)目管理的翻譯越來(lái)越重要。作為工程類文本，項(xiàng)目管理翻譯應(yīng)以準(zhǔn)確為前提，同時(shí)由于項(xiàng)目管理專業(yè)性強(qiáng)，術(shù)語(yǔ)多的特點(diǎn)，在進(jìn)行此類文本翻譯時(shí)，譯者應(yīng)有扎實(shí)的英語(yǔ)知識(shí)，才能使譯文滿足要求。 本報(bào)告是基于對(duì)工程類文本材料項(xiàng)目管理的翻譯實(shí)踐寫(xiě)成的。項(xiàng)目管理不僅應(yīng)用于太重項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的過(guò)程中，同時(shí)在其公司的人員管理方面也應(yīng)用這一理論，因而這次翻譯任務(wù)極其重要。在翻譯過(guò)程中，譯者嚴(yán)格遵守項(xiàng)目管理的翻譯要求，力求做到精確�；陧�(xiàng)目管理的文本特征，譯者采用目的論來(lái)指導(dǎo)翻譯，目的論的基本原則符合項(xiàng)目管理的翻譯要求。目的原則要求譯文忠實(shí)于原文，同時(shí)又可以保證原文的流暢性�？紤]到項(xiàng)目管理讀者為專業(yè)技術(shù)人員，譯文應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)單易懂。 本文在第一章介紹了項(xiàng)目背景，描述及目標(biāo)；第二章談到文獻(xiàn)綜述，接下來(lái)討論任務(wù)描述，其中又包括文本描述以及翻譯過(guò)程；第四章著重分析翻譯策略，最后一章總結(jié)全文。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of economic development and exchanges, the exchange of projects between China and other countries is increasing day by day. Project management, especially the introduction of advanced knowledge of project management, makes translation of project management more and more important. As an engineering text, project management translation should be based on the premise of accuracy. At the same time, due to the characteristics of professional project management and many terms, the translator should have a solid knowledge of English in order to make the translation meet the requirements. This report is based on translation practices for project management of engineering text materials. Project management is applied not only to the implementation of the project, but also to the personnel management of the company, so this translation task is extremely important. In the process of translation, translators strictly abide by the translation requirements of project management and strive for accuracy. Based on the text characteristics of project management, the translator adopts Skopos theory to guide translation, and the Skopos theory meets the translation requirements of project management. The Skopos principle requires that the target text be faithful to the original text and at the same time guarantee the fluency of the original text. Given that the project management reader is a professional and technical person, the translation should be easy to understand. The first chapter introduces the project background, description and objectives; the second chapter discusses the literature review, then discusses the task description, including the text description and the translation process; the fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of translation strategies, and the last chapter summarizes the full text.
