【摘要】:對于總承包項目建設(shè)的風(fēng)險管理研究,需要借助工程管理學(xué)、項目管理理論和風(fēng)險管理理論,遵循工程總承包建設(shè)的規(guī)律和風(fēng)險管理規(guī)律進(jìn)行。本文結(jié)合萬歷時代商業(yè)廣場項目風(fēng)險管理的案例,具體分析了工程總承包項目建設(shè)風(fēng)險管理中存在的問題,對具體的風(fēng)險識別、風(fēng)險評價等作了具體的探討,特別是就風(fēng)險存在的實際狀況,引入了系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)方法和層次分析法,進(jìn)行風(fēng)險識別和風(fēng)險評價,做出了工程總承包項目建設(shè)的投標(biāo)階段、實施階段的風(fēng)險識別和風(fēng)險管理的應(yīng)對措施,致力于工程總承包項目建設(shè)風(fēng)險管理的整體創(chuàng)新,提出了工程總承包風(fēng)險管理的問題解決策略,借以更好地解決工程總承包風(fēng)險管理問題。首先,在討論課題研究的背景、目的和意義的基礎(chǔ)上,對國內(nèi)外研究概況做出大體描述分析,指出其研究的不足,提出本文研究的思路和方法。其次,論述了工程總承包風(fēng)險管理的相關(guān)理論,具體描述建設(shè)工程總承包的概念和特征、風(fēng)險和性質(zhì),具體討論工程總承包項目風(fēng)險管理的定義和性質(zhì),歸納一般的風(fēng)險管理基本措施,分析傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)險識別方法的不足,概括出工程總承包風(fēng)險管理的大體過程和方法。然后,以萬歷時代商業(yè)廣場項目工程總承包風(fēng)險管理現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,分析其風(fēng)險管理存在的問題。重點引入系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)方法,用以解決風(fēng)險識別問題。引入模糊綜合評價和層次分析法,用以解決風(fēng)險評價問題。為工程總承包項目風(fēng)險管理的進(jìn)行提供保障,提出了工程總承包項目建設(shè)風(fēng)險管理的問題解決實施策略。最后,對課題研究做出初步的總結(jié),并對工程總承包項目建設(shè)的未來和下一步的課題研究,做出進(jìn)一步的分析展望。
[Abstract]:For the study of risk management in general contracting project construction, it is necessary to follow the law of construction and risk management with the aid of project management, project management theory and risk management theory. Based on the case of the project risk management of Wanli Times Commercial Square, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction risk management of the general contracting project, and discusses the specific risk identification and risk evaluation. Especially in view of the actual situation of risk, the paper introduces the systematic dynamics method and analytic hierarchy process to identify and evaluate the risk, and makes the bidding stage of the construction of the general contracting project. The risk identification and risk management measures in the implementation phase are devoted to the overall innovation of the construction risk management of the general contracting project of engineering, and the solutions to the problems of the risk management of the general contracting project are put forward. In order to better solve the project contracting risk management problem. First of all, on the basis of discussing the background, purpose and significance of the research, this paper gives a general description and analysis of the research situation at home and abroad, points out the shortcomings of the research, and puts forward the ideas and methods of the research in this paper. Secondly, it discusses the related theory of risk management of general contracting project, describes the concept and characteristics, risk and nature of general contract of construction project, and discusses the definition and nature of risk management of general contracting project of construction project in detail. This paper summarizes the basic measures of general risk management, analyzes the shortcomings of traditional risk identification methods, and generalizes the general process and methods of risk management in general engineering contract. Then, taking the current situation of general contract risk management of Wanli Times Commercial Square Project as the research object, the problems of risk management are analyzed. The system dynamics method is introduced to solve the problem of risk identification. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and analytic hierarchy process are introduced to solve the problem of risk evaluation. This paper provides the guarantee for the risk management of general contracting project, and puts forward the strategy to solve the problem of risk management in the construction of general contracting project of engineering. Finally, the paper makes a preliminary summary of the subject, and makes a further analysis and prospect on the future and the next step of the project construction.
