【摘要】：隨著我國高速鐵路技術的日益成熟,高速鐵路建設進入了大規(guī)模、高科技和高標準的快速發(fā)展時代,項目進度管理已成為高速鐵路工程項目管理的核心。為了滿足國家高速鐵路快速發(fā)展的需要,運用先進的鐵路建設項目管理方法,并結合國內外先進的高速鐵路建設過程的管理經驗,實現項目進度管理科學化、信息化是目前高速鐵路項目管理研究的熱點之一。項目進度管理作為項目管理的重要環(huán)節(jié),通過對項目進度管理概念與特點加以分析與總結,結合高速鐵路立交特大橋項目進度管理特點,進行高速鐵路立交特大橋項目進度管理研究。高速鐵路立交特大橋項目進度管理研究主要包含三個方面:項目進度計劃編制、項目進度計劃預警和進度管理控制評價�；赪BS工作結構分解和關鍵路徑法原理編制項目進度計劃,并結合高原戈壁地區(qū)高速鐵路特大橋——土墩2#立交特大橋進行分解,并確定了各項工作的活動順序,估算了各分項活動的時間,繪制了項目進度計劃網絡圖,編制了某高速鐵路立交特大橋的項目進度計劃,并結合對項目進度管理的研究,從人為因素和客觀因素兩方面分析了項目進度的影響因素,并結合高原戈壁地區(qū)高速鐵路特大橋的特點,提出了土墩2#立交特大橋建設進度管理保證措施。結合高鐵項目進度管理特點,基于數值分析法進行項目進度延誤預警分析,土墩2#立交特大橋進行了工程預警分析結果表明:根據預警分析提供的信息信號,工程項目在6~7月份月份進度產生較大的延誤;在8月以后項目進度的延誤程度呈現下降的趨勢;基于掙值法進行了高鐵立交特大橋項目進度管理控制評價,并選取土墩2#立交特大橋項目進展了5個月的節(jié)點進行分析,分析結果表明:項目進展5個月后總體進度落后不嚴重。為了節(jié)約成本,提出了壓縮關鍵路徑工期和保證材料供應等項目進度偏差糾正措施,取得了較好效果。通過對高原戈壁地區(qū)高速鐵路土墩2#立交特大橋進行項目進度管理,分析了影響了高速鐵路土墩2#立交特大橋進度管理的因素,為后續(xù)相關類似工程提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of high-speed railway technology in China, the construction of high-speed railway has entered a rapid development era of large-scale, high-tech and high standards. Project schedule management has become the core of high-speed railway project management. In order to meet the needs of the rapid development of the national high-speed railway, the scientific management of the project schedule is realized by using the advanced railway construction project management method and combining the management experience of the advanced high-speed railway construction process at home and abroad. Informatization is one of the hotspots in the research of high-speed railway project management. Project schedule management is an important part of project management. By analyzing and summarizing the concept and characteristics of project schedule management, the paper combines the characteristics of project schedule management of high-speed railway interchange super bridge project. Carry on the project schedule management research of the high-speed railway interchange super bridge. The research on project schedule management of high-speed railway interchange super bridge mainly includes three aspects: project schedule preparation, project schedule warning and schedule management control evaluation. Based on the work structure decomposition of WBS and the principle of critical path method, the project schedule is worked out, and combined with the super bridge of high speed railway in Gobi area of plateau, the earth mound interchange bridge is decomposed, and the order of activities of each work is determined. The time of each item is estimated, the network diagram of project schedule is drawn up, the project schedule of a super bridge of high speed railway interchange is worked out, and the project schedule management is studied. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the project schedule from two aspects of human factors and objective factors, and puts forward some measures to guarantee the progress of construction of the overpass bridge in the highland Gobi area, combining with the characteristics of the high-speed railway bridge in the highland Gobi area. According to the characteristics of high speed railway project schedule management, the project schedule delay warning analysis based on numerical analysis method is carried out. The results show that according to the information signal provided by early warning analysis, the earth mound 2# interchange bridge is analyzed by engineering early warning analysis. The progress of the project was delayed in June and July. After August, the degree of delay in the project showed a downward trend. Based on the earned value method, the management control evaluation of the overpass bridge project was carried out. At the same time, the node which has been progressing for 5 months is selected and analyzed. The results show that the overall progress of the project is not serious after 5 months' progress. In order to save the cost, the corrective measures for the project schedule deviation, such as reducing the critical path duration and ensuring the supply of materials, are put forward, and good results are obtained. Through the project schedule management of high speed railway earth mound interchange bridge in Gobi area of plateau, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the schedule management of high speed railway earth mound 2# interchange super bridge, and provides a reference for related similar projects in the future.
