深圳道路綜合信息采集項(xiàng)目工期成本優(yōu)化

【摘要】:地理信息技術(shù)是智慧城市管理中核心支持技術(shù)之一,它對(duì)智慧城市管理的發(fā)展起著非常重要的作用,同時(shí)帶動(dòng)了地理信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。地理信息產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)值從2012年度的1,944.2億元增長到2016年度的4,360億元,增長率122%,預(yù)計(jì)到2020年度產(chǎn)值將達(dá)8,000億元。地理信息行業(yè)應(yīng)用類產(chǎn)品很多是單個(gè)項(xiàng)目類型的工程,而項(xiàng)目類型的工程其盈利狀況除了受整體的技術(shù)解決方案影響以外,項(xiàng)目的過程管理同樣起著至關(guān)重要的作用。本文以深圳快速道路綜合信息采集項(xiàng)目為背景,重點(diǎn)研究了項(xiàng)目管理中工期成本優(yōu)化問題,論文的主要工作如下:本文在綜述研究背景的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了制約深圳快速道路綜合信息采集項(xiàng)目成本的三個(gè)影響要素即工期、成本和質(zhì)量;確定的三個(gè)影響因素進(jìn)行第二次細(xì)化原因分析,分析得出八個(gè)影響因素對(duì)項(xiàng)目成本目標(biāo)構(gòu)成影響。為了綜合評(píng)定多目標(biāo)問題,引入層次分析法理論,而層次分析法是可以解決多目標(biāo)控制問題,建立相應(yīng)的成本影響因素定量分析數(shù)學(xué)模型,綜合評(píng)定項(xiàng)目工期為關(guān)鍵影響因素;提出并結(jié)合CPM關(guān)鍵路徑法和計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù)確定項(xiàng)目完成的最短工期方法,保障項(xiàng)目工期如期進(jìn)行,對(duì)項(xiàng)目工序進(jìn)行分解和工序作業(yè)時(shí)間規(guī)劃,為優(yōu)化做好前期工序時(shí)間的準(zhǔn)備。由于項(xiàng)目管理具有一次性、特定性和影響因素多樣性等特點(diǎn),所以需要對(duì)工期成本優(yōu)化這一研究課題進(jìn)行約束條件分析,約束條件包括但不限于項(xiàng)目企業(yè)資金配套狀況、人力資源儲(chǔ)備、作業(yè)項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)路線選擇。因?yàn)榧s束條件很多,從則選擇項(xiàng)目管理理論對(duì)其進(jìn)行綜合分析,結(jié)論為技術(shù)路線的選擇是工期成本優(yōu)化的重要影響指標(biāo)。由于它是重要的影響指標(biāo),從而制定出多種可供選擇方案,分別確定不同方案的工期成本優(yōu)化方案和優(yōu)化前后效果的對(duì)比。因?yàn)槠髽I(yè)在項(xiàng)目管理控制中存在的問題需要深入分析,所以運(yùn)用層次分析法和計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù)等理論方法為依據(jù)進(jìn)行定量和定性分析。通過理論數(shù)據(jù)的測算指導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行工期成本優(yōu)化的實(shí)施,企業(yè)獲得的了一定的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。它指導(dǎo)項(xiàng)目企業(yè)或相類似企業(yè)在成本管理、進(jìn)度管理、安全管理和信息管理等方面做好事前控制,項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)例研究成果更好地服務(wù)社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Geographical information technology is one of the core support technologies in the management of intelligent cities. It plays a very important role in the development of intelligent city management and promotes the development of geographic information industry. The output value of the geographic information industry increased from 194.42 billion yuan in 2012 to 436 billion yuan in 2016, an increase of 122 yuan, and is expected to reach 800 billion yuan by 2020. Many of the application products in geographic information industry are projects of single project type, and the profitability of project type projects is affected by the overall technical solution, and the process management of projects also plays an important role. Based on the Shenzhen Expressway Comprehensive Information Collection Project, this paper focuses on the optimization of project time cost in project management. The main work of this paper is as follows: on the basis of summarizing the research background, This paper analyzes the three factors that restrict the cost of Shenzhen expressway comprehensive information collection project, that is, time limit, cost and quality, and then analyzes the three factors that affect the cost of Shenzhen expressway comprehensive information collection project for the second time. It is concluded that eight factors affect the cost target of the project. In order to evaluate the multi-objective problem synthetically, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) theory is introduced, which can solve the multi-objective control problem and establish the mathematical model of quantitative analysis of the cost influencing factors. The comprehensive evaluation of the project duration is the key influencing factor. This paper puts forward and combines the CPM critical path method and the plan review technology to determine the shortest time limit for the completion of the project to ensure that the project duration is carried out on schedule, to decompose the project process and plan the working procedure time, and to prepare for the optimization of the pre-process time. Because the project management has the characteristics of one-off, specificity and diversity of influencing factors, it is necessary to analyze the constraint condition of the research subject of optimization of time and cost, which includes, but is not limited to, the matching condition of project enterprise funds. Human resource reserve, technical route selection of operation project. Because there are many constraints, the project management theory is chosen to analyze it comprehensively. The conclusion is that the choice of technical route is an important influence index for the optimization of construction cost. Because it is an important influence index, a variety of alternative schemes are worked out to determine the duration cost optimization schemes of different schemes and the comparison of the results before and after optimization. Because the problems existing in the project management and control of enterprises need to be deeply analyzed, the quantitative and qualitative analysis is carried out on the basis of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and plan review technology. Through the calculation of theoretical data to guide the implementation of project duration cost optimization, the enterprise obtained certain economic benefits. It instructs project enterprises or similar enterprises to control in advance in cost management, schedule management, safety management and information management. The research results of project management examples serve social practice activities better.
