【摘要】：在對2012~2013年浙江省高職圖書館資源建設(shè)和利用現(xiàn)狀分析中發(fā)現(xiàn),高職圖書館普遍存在高成本與低產(chǎn)能現(xiàn)象。為構(gòu)建文獻(xiàn)資源建設(shè)的有效途徑,引進(jìn)Scrum方法。通過敏捷方法在浙江建設(shè)職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院圖書館文獻(xiàn)資源建設(shè)中的運用實例,介紹Scrum的概念、角色、原理、方法、流程等。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the construction and utilization of the resources of higher vocational libraries in Zhejiang Province from 2012 to 2013, it is found that the high cost and low production capacity are common in the libraries of higher vocational colleges. In order to construct the effective way of literature resources construction, Scrum method was introduced. This paper introduces the concept, role, principle, method, flow and so on of Scrum through the application of agile method in the library literature resource construction of Zhejiang Construction Vocational and Technical College.
