【摘要】：論文介紹了監(jiān)督考核管理系統(tǒng)的研究背景、項(xiàng)目意義和目前的研究與應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,明確了論文研究的內(nèi)容和主要工作；在業(yè)務(wù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)存在的問題、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、原有業(yè)務(wù)流程等進(jìn)行了分析,給出了改造后的業(yè)務(wù)流程；在功能分析中,論文通過用例分析和用例描述,明確了系統(tǒng)的功能,給出了系統(tǒng)的總體功能包圖和子功能包圖,包括督查督辦管理、效能監(jiān)察管理、投資項(xiàng)目管理、績效考核管理、系統(tǒng)維護(hù)管理等子包圖；在數(shù)據(jù)分析中,論文對系統(tǒng)各功能的所需要處理的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,給出了實(shí)體類關(guān)系圖,建立了數(shù)據(jù)庫表結(jié)構(gòu)；論文最后對所做的研究與分析工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對進(jìn)一步的工作進(jìn)行了展望。
