【摘要】：科研項目對云南電網(wǎng)公的生產(chǎn)工作起到了重要支撐作用,加強科研項目的管理手段是對科技創(chuàng)新和保護科研成果的有效保障,目前,云南電網(wǎng)公司缺乏先進的科技項目管理全過程支撐平臺,難以為科技項目的儲備、申報、出庫、項目執(zhí)行、驗收等提供全過程、全方位的監(jiān)控管理支撐。本文闡述的科研項目管理管理系統(tǒng)在系統(tǒng)建設(shè)當(dāng)中采用了結(jié)構(gòu)化設(shè)計方法,在介紹了系統(tǒng)相關(guān)背景和系統(tǒng)的在當(dāng)前環(huán)境當(dāng)中的不可或缺意義后,接下來我們需要去了解系統(tǒng)的需求并且做出相應(yīng)的分析,當(dāng)中包括了去分析業(yè)務(wù)方面所需要的信息、去分析系統(tǒng)功能方面的所需要的信息、去分析數(shù)據(jù)方面所需要的信息以及去分析非功能方面的所需要的信息,并采用數(shù)據(jù)流圖和數(shù)據(jù)分析圖(IPO圖)的手段詳細闡述了需求,確立了以儲備管理、立項管理、執(zhí)行管理、驗收管理、數(shù)據(jù)查詢五項主要模塊為系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)。在系統(tǒng)需求確立后根據(jù)系統(tǒng)需求展開系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計,在進行具體模塊設(shè)計的階段中分別使用了流程圖,以及功能結(jié)構(gòu)圖與IPO表結(jié)合的方式來對所設(shè)計的內(nèi)容進行詳細的描述；然后使用ER圖加上展示數(shù)據(jù)庫表的方式來具體展示數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計；最后對科研項目管理管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計工作進行總結(jié),其中包括本人的工作內(nèi)容和工作職責(zé),并指出了本篇論文中的可以改進的方面,以及對以后的工作改進和開展進行了張望。這次所設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的建立能夠?qū)υ颇想娋W(wǎng)公司的科研項目管理提供有效的監(jiān)控管理支撐,填補了云南電網(wǎng)在這個方面信息化管理的空白,極大的改善了依然依靠傳統(tǒng)手工統(tǒng)計和人工電子存檔的低效率運作模式,為用戶提供了一個高效率、穩(wěn)定的科研項目管理信息化平臺。
[Abstract]:Scientific research projects have played an important supporting role in the public production of Yunnan Power Grid. Strengthening the management means of scientific research projects is an effective guarantee for scientific and technological innovation and the protection of scientific research achievements. At present, Yunnan Power Grid lacks an advanced support platform for the whole process of scientific and technological project management, and it is difficult to provide the whole process and omni-directional supervision and management support for the reserve, declaration, exit, project execution and acceptance of the scientific and technological project. The scientific research project management system described in this paper adopts the structured design method in the system construction. After introducing the relevant background of the system and the indispensable significance of the system in the current environment, Then we need to understand the needs of the system and make the corresponding analysis, which includes the information needed to analyze the business and the information needed to analyze the functions of the system. To analyze the information needed in the data and non-functional aspects, and to use the data flow diagram and the data analysis chart to explain the demand in detail, and to establish the reserve management, project management and execution management. Acceptance management, data query five main modules for the system basis. After the establishment of the system requirements, the overall design of the system is carried out according to the system requirements. In the stage of the specific module design, the flow chart and the combination of the function structure diagram and the IPO table are used to describe the content of the design in detail. Then we use ER diagram and display database table to display the design of database. Finally, we summarize the design work of scientific research project management system, including my work content and job responsibility. It also points out the aspects that can be improved in this paper, and looks forward to the improvement and development of the future work. The establishment of the system designed by the Institute can provide effective monitoring and management support for the scientific research project management of Yunnan Power Grid Company, and fill the gap in the information management of Yunnan Power Grid in this respect. It greatly improves the inefficient operation mode which still relies on traditional manual statistics and manual electronic archiving, and provides users with a high efficiency and stable scientific research project management information platform.
