【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品研發(fā)已成為企業(yè)獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的核心因素。在這種背景下,國(guó)內(nèi)品牌的快速崛起使得商用空調(diào)領(lǐng)域的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)變得日趨激烈,對(duì)新產(chǎn)品研發(fā)也提出了更高的要求。因?yàn)樾庐a(chǎn)品若能早日推向市場(chǎng),可利用其獨(dú)特優(yōu)點(diǎn),將有助于企業(yè)占據(jù)市場(chǎng)的有利地位。本文以商用空調(diào)研發(fā)企業(yè)C公司為例,通過(guò)介紹C公司的基本情況和產(chǎn)品研發(fā)過(guò)程,結(jié)合項(xiàng)目管理的基本知識(shí),深入分析商用空調(diào)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度過(guò)程中存在的問題。然后,應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的工具和技術(shù),提出了基于關(guān)鍵鏈技術(shù)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃優(yōu)化、基于組織結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的項(xiàng)目溝通改進(jìn)和基于員工激勵(lì)的工作效率提升等一系列改進(jìn)措施,并結(jié)合C公司實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行效果驗(yàn)證,采用數(shù)據(jù)的方式進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果表明本文所提措施能夠有效改善和保護(hù)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃、加強(qiáng)項(xiàng)目信息溝通和提高工作效率,從而加快推進(jìn)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)程,幫助企業(yè)盡早完成產(chǎn)品研發(fā)工作。本文的研究,可以為空調(diào)等行業(yè)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理水平的提升提供一定指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, product development has become the core factor for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. In this context, the rapid rise of domestic brands makes the competition in the field of commercial air conditioning become increasingly fierce, and put forward higher requirements for the development of new products. If the new product can be put to the market as soon as possible, it can make use of its unique advantages, which will help the enterprise to occupy the favorable position in the market. This paper takes C Company as an example, through introducing the basic situation of C Company and the process of product research and development, combining with the basic knowledge of project management, deeply analyzes the problems existing in the progress of commercial air conditioning R & D project. Then, applying the tools and techniques of modern project schedule management, the project schedule optimization based on key chain technology is proposed. A series of improvement measures, such as project communication improvement based on organizational structure adjustment and work efficiency improvement based on employee motivation, are compared with the actual case of C company. The results show that the measures proposed in this paper can effectively improve and protect the project schedule, strengthen the communication of project information and improve the work efficiency, so as to speed up the process of R & D projects and help enterprises to complete the R & D work as soon as possible. The research in this paper can provide some guidance and reference for the improvement of R & D project schedule management level in air conditioning and other industries.
