【摘要】：ZHD公司是一家施工企業(yè),該公司承包的SPGC項(xiàng)目在人員、質(zhì)量和安全管理方面表現(xiàn)突出。SPGC項(xiàng)目是包含土建、安裝、市政園林等工程的綜合性工程；SPGC項(xiàng)目在整個(gè)管理過(guò)程中運(yùn)用了很多具有代表性的管理方法,本文綜合分析和研究該項(xiàng)目的管理工作,具有良好的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的一般理論對(duì)ZHD公司SPGC項(xiàng)目管理核心容分析和研究,并提出解決對(duì)策。本文由三部分組成,第一部分為第一章內(nèi)容為項(xiàng)目背景、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和主要研究?jī)?nèi)容；第二部分為第二章和第三章,內(nèi)容為項(xiàng)目管理一般理論和模型并深入研究SPGC項(xiàng)目存在的問(wèn)題。第三部分為第四章和第五章,綜合運(yùn)用相關(guān)理論,對(duì)存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)梳理,關(guān)聯(lián)對(duì)照,找到問(wèn)題成因并結(jié)合該項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際特點(diǎn),提出具有針對(duì)性的科學(xué)合理的對(duì)策和保障措施,如改進(jìn)績(jī)效考核制度、加強(qiáng)安全質(zhì)量管理、引用行業(yè)最新技術(shù)促進(jìn)和解決管理中存在的問(wèn)題。本文重點(diǎn)分析該項(xiàng)目的人員管理、質(zhì)量、安全三方面內(nèi)容。項(xiàng)目人員和組織結(jié)構(gòu)部分涉及到整個(gè)項(xiàng)目管理的全過(guò)程,也是項(xiàng)目能否順利進(jìn)行的關(guān)鍵,而質(zhì)量和安全管理則具有相當(dāng)強(qiáng)的典型性,人員如何貫徹落實(shí)安全和質(zhì)量管理,安全和質(zhì)量管理對(duì)進(jìn)度和成本的影響問(wèn)題將作為本文的敘述要點(diǎn)。該項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度和成本管理作為簡(jiǎn)述內(nèi)容。檔案管理、合同管理等其他方面內(nèi)容由于不具備代表性,因此不在本文研究范圍內(nèi)。綜上所述,本文通過(guò)對(duì)SPGC項(xiàng)目的深入研究,對(duì)人員管理、質(zhì)量管理、安全管理等方面存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了解析,并提出解決問(wèn)題的相關(guān)建議、對(duì)策和保障措施,希望借此能夠總結(jié)該項(xiàng)目,并對(duì)相關(guān)項(xiàng)目提供可借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:ZHD is a construction company, the company contracts the SPGC project in the personnel, quality and safety management outstanding. SPGC project is including civil construction, installation, The SPGC project of municipal garden and other projects has applied many representative management methods in the whole management process. This paper comprehensively analyzes and studies the management work of the project, which has good practical significance. Based on the general theory of project management, this paper analyzes and studies the core of SPGC project management of ZHD Company, and puts forward some countermeasures. This paper consists of three parts: the first part is the background of the project, the domestic and foreign research status and the main research content, the second part is the second chapter and the third chapter, The content is the general theory and model of project management and the problems existing in SPGC project. The third part is the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter, synthetically applies the related theory, carries on the systematic combing to the existence question, correlates the contrast, finds the problem origin and unifies the actual characteristic of the project, Some scientific and reasonable countermeasures and measures are put forward, such as improving the performance appraisal system, strengthening the safety and quality management, and using the latest technology to promote and solve the problems existing in the management. This paper focuses on the personnel management, quality and safety of the project. The part of project personnel and organizational structure involves the whole process of project management, and is also the key to the smooth progress of the project. However, the quality and safety management is quite typical, how to implement the safety and quality management. The impact of safety and quality management on schedule and cost will be the main point of this paper. The project's schedule and cost management are briefly described. File management, contract management and other aspects are not representative, so it is not within the scope of this study. To sum up, this paper analyzes the problems existing in personnel management, quality management, safety management and so on through the in-depth study of SPGC project, and puts forward the relevant suggestions, countermeasures and safeguard measures to solve the problems. Hope to sum up the project and provide relevant experience and basis for reference.
