【摘要】:隨著全球經濟一體化的逐步進展,企業(yè)競爭不斷面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn)。近年來,化工產品價格持續(xù)低迷,企業(yè)依靠價格因素實現盈利,獲得競爭優(yōu)勢的難度逐步加大,企業(yè)內部成本管理的地位逐漸凸顯。班組作為企業(yè)最小的管理體系,其管理水平的高低直接影響整個企業(yè)的競爭能力。 本文介紹了化工項目和班組管理的概念和特征,對國內外的班組管理情況進行分析,提出了化工項目班組管理的一些方法和作用,并通過吉林石化公司班組管理的經驗來驗證班組管理對提高企業(yè)管理水平的重要作用,最后對化工項目班組管理的方法進行總結。 論文重點是講班組管理的一些具體做法和作用。班組管理具有系統(tǒng)性、全面性和經濟性的特點,可以從源頭上提高員工素質、改善基層績效管理、增強班組之間協(xié)作、增加裝置效益,對提升企業(yè)整體實力具有重大意義。 本文的特點在于理論聯系實際,運用有關班組管理的相關理論,借鑒企業(yè)已有的經驗,解決企業(yè)經營管理中的班組管理問題,對化工企業(yè)加強班組管理,進而提升企業(yè)管理水平具有參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the gradual progress of global economic integration, enterprises are constantly facing new challenges. In recent years, the price of chemical products continues to be low, the enterprises rely on price factors to make profits, the difficulty of obtaining competitive advantage is gradually increased, and the status of internal cost management is gradually prominent. As the smallest management system, the management level of shift group directly affects the competition ability of the whole enterprise. This paper introduces the concept and characteristics of chemical project and team management, analyzes the situation of shift management at home and abroad, and puts forward some methods and functions of chemical project team management. Through the experience of group management in Jilin Petrochemical Company, the paper verifies the important role of team management in improving the level of enterprise management, and finally summarizes the methods of team management of chemical projects. The paper focuses on some specific practices and functions of team management. Team management has the characteristics of systematization, comprehensiveness and economy. It can improve the quality of employees, improve the performance management at the grass-roots level, enhance the cooperation between teams and teams, increase the efficiency of installation, and have great significance to enhance the overall strength of enterprises. The characteristics of this paper are to combine theory with practice, to use the relevant theories of shift management, to use the experience of enterprises for reference, to solve the problem of shift management in enterprise management, and to strengthen team management for chemical enterprises. And then improve the level of enterprise management has reference value.
