【摘要】:本系統(tǒng)從滿足新疆塔城農(nóng)村水利資源進(jìn)行科學(xué)化管理的需求基礎(chǔ)上,搭建了J2EE框架結(jié)構(gòu)上的B/S分層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),滿足大數(shù)據(jù)、動(dòng)態(tài)化數(shù)據(jù)管理需求的SQLServer數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì),主要取得以下工作成績(jī):1、完成了新疆塔城地區(qū)農(nóng)村項(xiàng)目信息。行業(yè)信息、日常管理信息、地理信息等與水利資源管理工作相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的收集工作,并利用信息系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化功能完成數(shù)據(jù)的整理、匯總并提供統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)。2、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的建立基于大數(shù)據(jù)處理以及動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)化基礎(chǔ)上的SQLServer基礎(chǔ)上,該數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)涵括了項(xiàng)目信息。行業(yè)信息、日常管理信息、地理信息等農(nóng)村水利資源信息管理工作需要的基本數(shù)據(jù),在滿足信息系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)化數(shù)據(jù)處理的基礎(chǔ)上,能夠滿足數(shù)據(jù)的自動(dòng)匯總和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的數(shù)據(jù)處理要求。3、本系統(tǒng)的在對(duì)課題背景、來(lái)源和研究意義進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)新疆塔城農(nóng)村水利管理信息系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了研究與對(duì)比分析,提出了研究目標(biāo)及內(nèi)容,分析了新疆塔城農(nóng)村水利管理業(yè)務(wù)流程,并對(duì)新疆塔城農(nóng)村水利管理進(jìn)行了功能性需求分析與非功能性需求分析。然后論文介紹了系統(tǒng)建設(shè)原則,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的B/S體系架構(gòu)、功能結(jié)構(gòu)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)、接口、安全性進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并描述了部分主要模塊的設(shè)計(jì)。為創(chuàng)建新疆塔城農(nóng)村水利管理效率提供有效平臺(tái),取得良好的效果。平臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)合理,具有穩(wěn)定性、可擴(kuò)展性、易用性等特點(diǎn)。經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益顯著,為新疆塔城農(nóng)村水利管理各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提供決策支持和管理支持;為協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)業(yè)務(wù)提供服務(wù),有力提升了新疆塔城農(nóng)村水利管理的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和企業(yè)的社會(huì)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Based on the requirement of scientific management of rural water resources in Tacheng, Xinjiang, this system has set up the design of B / S layered structure of J2EE frame structure, and SQLServer database design of meeting big data and dynamic data management needs. The main achievements are as follows: 1, completed the rural project information in Tacheng area, Xinjiang. The system on the basis of the subject background, sources and research significance of analysis, This paper studies and compares the present situation of rural water conservancy management information system in Tacheng, Xinjiang, puts forward the research objectives and contents, and analyzes the business process of rural water conservancy management in Tacheng, Xinjiang. The functional requirements and non-functional requirements of rural water conservancy management in Tacheng, Xinjiang are analyzed. Then the paper introduces the principles of system construction, designs the B / S architecture, function structure, database, network topology, interface and security of the system, and describes the design of some main modules. It provides an effective platform for the establishment of rural water conservancy management efficiency in Tacheng, Xinjiang, and achieves good results. The design of the platform is reasonable, stable, extensible and easy to use.
