基于QFD技術(shù)的同濟(jì)設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量提升研究

【摘要】:據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計(jì),2013年,我國建筑業(yè)總產(chǎn)值達(dá)到159413億元,同比增長16.3%,房屋建筑施工面積為115億平方米,同比增長15.2%,但隨之而來的工程質(zhì)量事故也頻頻發(fā)生。根據(jù)國家質(zhì)監(jiān)部門的資料顯示,在我國所有的工程質(zhì)量事故中,設(shè)計(jì)不當(dāng)所造成的工程質(zhì)量事故約占整體事故的40.3%,由此可見,建筑設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量管理是控制工程質(zhì)量事故發(fā)生的關(guān)鍵鑰匙所在。而質(zhì)量功能展開(Quality Function Deployment, QFD)作為一種蘊(yùn)含源頭管理思想的質(zhì)量管理理論和方法,是企業(yè)可以成功實(shí)現(xiàn)顧客滿意和產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,獲得核心競爭力的重要武器。基于以上研究背景,本文在對相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,首先通過對同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理體系的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其現(xiàn)有設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理中的不足或不完善之處,嘗試通過引入QFD的先進(jìn)理論和方法,從項(xiàng)目初期的業(yè)主需求調(diào)查開始,一直到設(shè)計(jì)作品的最終評價(jià)為止,對作品形成的全過程展開深入的研究,將質(zhì)量機(jī)能展開引入到工程設(shè)計(jì)的招標(biāo)階段和履行合同階段中,并對全過程的各級目標(biāo)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量度量,運(yùn)用關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)控制以實(shí)現(xiàn)對設(shè)計(jì)成果的質(zhì)量控制,探尋一種不同于常規(guī)的質(zhì)量控制模式,以此提升建筑設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理能力,并形成企業(yè)的核心競爭力。本文所介紹的招標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)階段和施工圖設(shè)計(jì)階段的設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理方案均基于QFD的質(zhì)量控制模型。首先,通過市場調(diào)查獲取業(yè)主需求,經(jīng)過分析和整理業(yè)主需求,形成QFD所需要的顧客需求,并確定顧客需求的程度,將其填入質(zhì)量屋(HOQ)。其次,將顧客需求轉(zhuǎn)化成技術(shù)要求(即質(zhì)量特征),并將質(zhì)量特征輸入質(zhì)量屋。再者,將反映顧客需求和質(zhì)量特征之間關(guān)聯(lián)程度的關(guān)系矩陣確定下來。最后,通過對質(zhì)量屋展開的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)影響質(zhì)量的具體某一種或幾種質(zhì)量特征和顧客需求,從而形成建筑設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量控制規(guī)劃,已達(dá)到提升建筑設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量管理能力的目的;赒FD技術(shù)的質(zhì)量提升方案,為設(shè)計(jì)院在設(shè)計(jì)過程中的各個(gè)階段提供了可操作的過程質(zhì)量控制方法,將質(zhì)量機(jī)能展開引入到現(xiàn)代工程設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目管理中,各階段運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代質(zhì)量控制方法,通過關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)的嚴(yán)格掌控,可提升設(shè)計(jì)院的在各個(gè)階段的質(zhì)量管理能力,并對IS09001質(zhì)量管理體系要求之下的設(shè)計(jì)從業(yè)者們提供一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:According to incomplete statistics, the gross output value of China's construction industry reached 15.9413 trillion yuan in 2013, an increase of 16.3 percent over the same period last year. The building construction area was 11.5 billion square meters, an increase of 15.2 percent over the same period last year, but the accidents of engineering quality also occurred frequently. According to the data of the State quality Supervision Department, among all the engineering quality accidents in our country, the engineering quality accidents caused by improper design account for about 40.3% of the total accidents. The quality management of architectural design is the key to control engineering quality accidents. The quality Function deployment (QFDs), as a theory and method of quality management, is an important weapon for enterprises to successfully achieve customer satisfaction and product innovation and obtain core competitiveness. Based on the above research background, on the basis of combing the relevant theories, this paper first analyzes the design quality management system of the Institute of Architectural Design and Research of Tongji University, and finds out the deficiencies or imperfections in the existing design quality management. By introducing the advanced theory and method of QFD, from the beginning of the owner's demand investigation at the beginning of the project to the final evaluation of the design work, this paper makes a deep research on the whole process of the formation of the work. The quality function expansion is introduced into the bidding stage and the performance stage of the engineering design, and the quality measurement of all levels of the whole process is carried out, and the key point control is used to realize the quality control of the design results. In order to improve the design quality management ability of architectural design enterprises and form the core competitiveness of enterprises, this paper explores a quality control mode different from the conventional quality control mode in order to improve the design quality management ability of architectural design enterprises. In this paper, the design quality management schemes of the bidding design stage and the construction drawing design stage are all based on the quality control model of QFD. First of all, through the market research to obtain the owner's demand, through the analysis and arrangement owner's demand, forms the customer demand which the QFD needs, and determines the customer demand's degree, fills it into the quality house. Secondly, the customer needs are transformed into technical requirements (i.e., quality features), and the quality features are input into the quality room. Furthermore, the relationship matrix which reflects the correlation between customer demand and quality characteristics is determined. Finally, through the analysis of the quality house, it is found that one or several specific quality characteristics and customer requirements affect the quality, thus forming the quality control planning of the architectural design products, which has achieved the purpose of improving the quality management ability of the architectural design. The quality improvement scheme based on QFD technology provides an operable process quality control method for the design institute in each stage of the design process, and introduces the quality function expansion into the modern engineering design project management. By using the modern quality control method and strict control of the key points, the quality management ability of the design institute can be improved in each stage, and the design practitioners under the requirements of IS09001 quality management system can be provided with some experience and guidance.
