【摘要】：隨著RFID技術(shù)在圖書館當(dāng)中的不斷創(chuàng)新和應(yīng)用,既是未來圖書館不斷發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)。也是圖書館相關(guān)服務(wù)理念發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)變和文獻(xiàn)資料管理模式產(chǎn)生變革的一個(gè)重要技術(shù)手段,有著廣闊的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展前景。RFID可以為讀者提供方便快遞的自助式服務(wù),在提高圖書館工作人員效率的同時(shí)可以釋放出更多的人力,同時(shí)能夠?yàn)樽x者提供安全借閱的環(huán)境。通過以HY圖書館為例,重點(diǎn)介紹RFID項(xiàng)目的組織與實(shí)施。具體來說,以項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),詳細(xì)講解了如何將進(jìn)度計(jì)劃管理與控制管理理論應(yīng)用在項(xiàng)目管理的實(shí)踐當(dāng)中,實(shí)際解決項(xiàng)目在進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制過程中的問題,可以為整個(gè)項(xiàng)目順利的實(shí)施提供意見和指導(dǎo)。通過對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的計(jì)劃和控制理論進(jìn)行了概述,重點(diǎn)集中闡述項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的內(nèi)涵、內(nèi)容和工具等。詳細(xì)介紹了RFID工程項(xiàng)目的基本情況,為RFID系統(tǒng)改造項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃與控制開展的情況打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。然后對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了工作結(jié)構(gòu)的分解,確定了先后的順序關(guān)系,繪制了項(xiàng)目節(jié)點(diǎn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖以及時(shí)間參數(shù)的計(jì)算,繪制出項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃工期表和關(guān)鍵路線。同時(shí)提出了保障RFID項(xiàng)目順利實(shí)施的措施,主要是從組織保障、信息保障、資源保障、管理制度保障和技術(shù)保障等幾方面來保障項(xiàng)目的順利完成。在制定完整計(jì)劃的基礎(chǔ)上,從進(jìn)度控制的原則、進(jìn)度控制的流程、進(jìn)度控制的措施和項(xiàng)目資源沖突的控制管理四個(gè)方面來描述項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的全過程。最后對(duì)RFID項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理情況進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,并給出了一些需要繼續(xù)研究解決的問題。
[Abstract]:With the continuous innovation and application of RFID technology in the library, it is the developing trend of the library in the future. It is also an important technical means to change the concept of library related services and change the management mode of literature and materials. It has a broad application and development prospects. RFID can provide readers with convenient express service. While improving the efficiency of library staff, it can release more manpower and provide a safe environment for readers to borrow. Taking HY library as an example, this paper introduces the organization and implementation of RFID project. Specifically, based on the relevant theories of project schedule management, this paper explains in detail how to apply the theory of schedule management and control management to the practice of project management, and to solve the problems in the process of schedule planning and control. Can provide advice and guidance for the smooth implementation of the whole project. This paper summarizes the planning and control theory of project schedule management, focusing on the connotation, content and tools of project schedule management. The basic situation of RFID project is introduced in detail, which lays a solid foundation for the progress planning and control of RFID system transformation project. Then the work structure of the project is decomposed, the sequential relation is determined, the network plan diagram of the project node and the calculation of the time parameter are drawn, and the schedule and the key route of the project are drawn. At the same time, the paper puts forward the measures to guarantee the smooth implementation of RFID project, mainly from the aspects of organization guarantee, information guarantee, resource guarantee, management system guarantee and technical guarantee, etc. to ensure the smooth completion of the project. On the basis of making a complete plan, the whole process of project schedule control is described from four aspects: the principle of schedule control, the flow of schedule control, the measures of schedule control and the control management of project resource conflict. Finally, the progress management of RFID project is summarized and analyzed, and some problems that need to be studied and solved are given.
