項目管理在煉鋼三工區(qū)施工項目中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度越來越快,工程建設(shè)項目不斷增多。單一建設(shè)項目的建設(shè)周期越來越短。業(yè)主對工程的各個方面要求越來越高。管理的精細(xì)化在不斷加強(qiáng),工程建設(shè)的管理也從之前的“單一化”逐步向“多元化”發(fā)展。進(jìn)度管理作為建筑工程項目管理一個重要的組成部分,作用正在日益突顯。同時建設(shè)企業(yè)的進(jìn)度管理能力要求在不斷增強(qiáng)。本文以冶金項目鞍鋼三煉鋼工程為背景,運用施工進(jìn)度管理中的網(wǎng)絡(luò)計劃編制技術(shù)(CPM)對建設(shè)工程中的施工進(jìn)度計劃制定并利用Pareto遺傳算法技術(shù)對其優(yōu)化。之后運用現(xiàn)場視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和施工進(jìn)度管理軟件技術(shù)對進(jìn)度管理過程跟蹤,動態(tài)調(diào)整進(jìn)行全面的研究,并以鞍鋼一項新建煉鋼廠為工程實例實際應(yīng)用,分析效果。首先對研究項目的背景進(jìn)行了介紹,明確項目需要達(dá)到的目標(biāo),設(shè)定項目執(zhí)行過程中的總體部署與處理項目各個工作之間關(guān)系的原則。然后將項目進(jìn)行分解,對分解后的工作包進(jìn)行邏輯梳理,定位其前后工作關(guān)系,再編制施工進(jìn)度計劃并對成型的進(jìn)度計劃進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。之后對項目進(jìn)度計劃的管理和控制進(jìn)行研究,采用視頻和信息化平臺作為輔助進(jìn)行信息收集,從而達(dá)到即時動態(tài)控制的目的。同時對實例工程的中間某一時間點進(jìn)行進(jìn)度檢查,得到實際進(jìn)度前鋒線并對其進(jìn)行分析,得出調(diào)整方案。最后分析應(yīng)用效果,找出同一公司的以往施工工程,采用多個指標(biāo)進(jìn)行工期對比,根據(jù)工程的實際情況,結(jié)合指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,得出最后的結(jié)論,并對今后的同類工程提供借鑒經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:In recent years, our country economy develops more and more fast, the engineering construction project increases unceasingly. The construction cycle of a single construction project is getting shorter and shorter. The owners are demanding more and more on all aspects of the project. The refinement of management is being strengthened constantly, and the management of engineering construction is gradually developing from "single" to "pluralistic". As an important part of construction project management, schedule management is becoming more and more important. At the same time, the construction of enterprise progress management capacity requirements in the continuous enhancement. In this paper, based on the metallurgical project Angang No.3 steelmaking project, the network planning technology in construction schedule management is used to make the construction schedule plan in the construction project and the Pareto genetic algorithm technology is used to optimize it. Then the video monitoring system and the software technology of construction schedule management are used to track the progress of the progress management, dynamic adjustment for a comprehensive study, and a new steelmaking plant in Anshan Iron and Steel as an engineering example, analysis of the results. Firstly, the background of the research project is introduced, the goal that the project needs to be achieved is defined, and the principle of the relationship between the overall deployment in the process of project implementation and the processing of the work of the project is established. Then the project is decomposed, the work package is sorted out logically, the working relationship is fixed, and the construction schedule is worked out and the molding schedule is optimized. After that, the management and control of the project schedule are studied, and the video and information platform is used as the assistant to collect information, so as to achieve the purpose of instant dynamic control. At the same time, the progress of the project is checked at a certain point in the middle of the project, and the actual progress front line is obtained and analyzed, and the adjustment scheme is obtained. Finally, it analyzes the application effect, finds out the previous construction project of the same company, uses several indexes to carry on the time limit contrast, according to the project actual situation, unifies the index data carries on the analysis, obtains the final conclusion, It also provides reference experience for similar projects in the future.
