【摘要】：在我國(guó)的社會(huì)發(fā)展過程中,由于人口數(shù)量巨大,在城市化建設(shè)的過程中經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)住房供不應(yīng)求,建筑質(zhì)量低下的狀態(tài)。而傳統(tǒng)的建造方式的施工周期長(zhǎng),成本較高,不利于建筑行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。在這種情況下,建筑工程的裝配式技術(shù)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,目前的建筑工程中發(fā)揮著十分重要的作用。本文將對(duì)基于并行工程的裝配式住宅設(shè)計(jì)過程的構(gòu)建進(jìn)行分析,探討工程施工中的裝配式管理技術(shù),以提高基于裝配式技術(shù)的工程建造項(xiàng)目管理水平。
[Abstract]:In the process of social development in China, because of the huge population, in the process of urbanization construction, the housing supply often exceeds the demand, and the construction quality is low. The traditional construction mode has long construction period and high cost, which is not conducive to the rapid development of the construction industry. In this case, the construction engineering assembly technology emerged as the times require, the current building engineering plays a very important role. In this paper, the construction of assembly house design process based on concurrent engineering is analyzed, and the assembly management technology in engineering construction is discussed in order to improve the management level of engineering construction project based on assembly technology.
