【摘要】：21世紀(jì)是網(wǎng)絡(luò)和信息化的時代,企業(yè)要實現(xiàn)長遠(yuǎn)、穩(wěn)定、快速的發(fā)展,就要實現(xiàn)企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理與ERP系統(tǒng)(企業(yè)資源計劃)的整合,以達(dá)到充分利用資源、降低成本、按時交付的目的。當(dāng)代企業(yè)管理能力不強(qiáng)、信息化發(fā)展水平低、人員工作能力弱,導(dǎo)致信息化建設(shè)還不是很實際,但是一個企業(yè)無論從產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)、服務(wù)、銷售方面,還是從行業(yè)的核心競爭力方面來考慮,若不進(jìn)行改造,就難以適應(yīng)市場發(fā)展的需要。如今,ERP逐漸發(fā)展成為企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的有效元素之一,企業(yè)要想提高核心競爭力,引入ERP是必經(jīng)之路。ERP系統(tǒng)作為一個系統(tǒng)工程,具有高技術(shù)、耗資量大、風(fēng)險高、預(yù)見性差等特點。通過對ERP系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用過程與結(jié)果的研究,我們能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)ERP系統(tǒng)的管理能力決定著項目的成敗與否,只有充分利用先進(jìn)的管理經(jīng)驗、管理方法與技術(shù),并有效的結(jié)合ERP管理系統(tǒng),才能最大程度的服務(wù)于公司的發(fā)展,可見,進(jìn)行ERP管理能力的研究能夠有效促進(jìn)我國企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。文章闡述了ERP系統(tǒng)相關(guān)研究理論,并在其基礎(chǔ)上具體分析了我國企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,并深入挖掘、總結(jié)了系統(tǒng)實施過程中存在的風(fēng)險與問題。在項目管理的相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,將項目管理的相關(guān)知識引入,總結(jié)一套切實可行的實施方法,并探討項目管理對ERP系統(tǒng)實施的作用和影響。通過設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)CPMS(實施管理工具),幫助實施工作者更好的管理項目。本文最終的目標(biāo)是通過有機(jī)結(jié)合實施方法論和實施管理工具,改進(jìn)項目管理能力,最終提高我國企業(yè)運用ERP系統(tǒng)的成功率。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the era of network and information. In order to realize the long-term, stable and rapid development of enterprises, it is necessary to realize the integration of internal management of enterprises and ERP system (enterprise resource planning) in order to make full use of resources and reduce costs. The purpose of timely delivery. The modern enterprise management ability is not strong, the informationization development level is low, the personnel work ability is weak, the result information construction is not very practical, but an enterprise no matter from the product production, the service, the sale aspect, Or from the core competitiveness of the industry to consider, if not to reform, it is difficult to meet the needs of market development. Nowadays, ERP has gradually developed into one of the effective elements of enterprise development strategy. In order to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, the introduction of ERP is the only way. ERP system, as a system engineering, has high technology, high cost and high risk. Poor predictability and other characteristics. Through the research on the application process and result of ERP system, we can find that the management ability of ERP system determines the success or failure of the project. Only by making full use of advanced management experience, management method and technology, and effectively combining with ERP management system, In order to serve the development of the company to the greatest extent, it can be seen that the study of ERP management ability can effectively promote the healthy development of Chinese enterprises. This paper expounds the relevant research theory of ERP system, and on the basis of it, analyzes the current situation of application of ERP system in Chinese enterprises, and deeply excavates, summarizes the risks and problems existing in the implementation of the system. Based on the relevant theories of project management, this paper introduces the relevant knowledge of project management, summarizes a set of practical implementation methods, and probes into the role and influence of project management on the implementation of ERP system. Through the design and implementation of CPMS (implementation Management tool), to help implement workers better management of projects. The ultimate goal of this paper is to improve the ability of project management by organically combining the implementation methodology with the implementation of management tools, and finally to improve the success rate of using ERP system in Chinese enterprises.
