【摘要】：實(shí)施ISO9000系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)認(rèn)證正在成為現(xiàn)代信息系統(tǒng)開發(fā)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量保證的重要工作,而項(xiàng)目管理是一種計(jì)劃、組織、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和控制任務(wù)完成的理念、方法和工具。現(xiàn)代企業(yè)在進(jìn)行ISO9000譏證工作中應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理的方法可以大大提高效率,減少不必要的失誤,故就項(xiàng)目管理在ISO9000系列標(biāo)準(zhǔn)認(rèn)證的應(yīng)用作一探討,以期對即將或者正在進(jìn)行這項(xiàng)工作的企業(yè)起到一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:The implementation of ISO9000 series standard certification is becoming an important work of product quality assurance in modern information system development enterprises, and project management is a concept, method and tool for planning, organizing, leading and controlling the completion of tasks.The application of project management in modern enterprises in the work of ISO9000 derision can greatly improve the efficiency and reduce unnecessary mistakes. Therefore, the application of project management in the authentication of ISO9000 series standards is discussed.With a view to the upcoming or ongoing work of enterprises to play a certain reference role.
